I love the large variety of shoes and products from casual wear to dressy. Recently I purchased a pair of shoes I thought was my size, only to find out when I got home, they were 1/2 size too small, therefore tight. Thankfully, I had not worn them outside, so returned with the box and sales slip. The clerk and store manager were friendly and accommodating. I could have not been treated better and received a full refund. (Not always the case in some stores). I have recommended DSW to neighbors, and they too were completely satisfied! Jan B

I bought a pair of shoes on line for store pick up. The web site said buy now to reserve the last pair in the store. So I paid for them and went to the store to pick them up. When I got to the store they said, your order has not been processed and I should come back maybe tomorrow?! I told them how the web site prompted me to pay now to reserve the last pair in stock and I am here now and would like to get the pair of shoes I had already paid for. So instead of them getting the shoes that I spent 20 minutes online buying. They made me go out on the sales floor and find them, bring them up to the counter and then they wasted more of my time by cancelling my online order and making me buy them again in the store! If I had not gone to the store when I did I am sure they would have sold that last pair in my size to someone else and told me I would have to wait for them to restock them to get the pair I had paid for and they said they would be reserved for me to pick up. Not happy with my experience.
