Place a order online January 28th 2024After over a hour I checked on my status of the order since it was supposed to be delivered that same day. I saw my order was received, but not started. I called to speak to someone at their local store in Eugene Oregon. But my surprise their voicemail stated that their store is temporarily closed. I tried calling there 1-800 number that is given to you on their website and I received the same voicemail saying that their store is temporarily closed. I went ahead and went to my profile to request a cancellation and refund of my order and when I went to type out my reasoning why I was canceling and asking for a refund it would not allow me to submit my cancellation form. The following day I tried again to contact the store and it was the same voicemail stating that their store is temporarily closed. They need to post on their website that their Eugene Oregon store is temporarily closed and shut off the ability to make a purchase through them online. Otherwise they are just taking money and not giving any products or merchandise and that is not appropriate or professional of a business. Please if you're reading this and you are the owner of edible arrangements make an announcement on your website that's a Eugene Oregon store is temporarily closed and please shut off the ability to take payments from people because you took $55 from me and now I'm going through the bank to try to get my money back. it's a headache that was not needed.

I called my local store regarding a sympathy arrangement for the family of a dear member of our care team. Rocky was very helpful and so cheerful in a time that I'm just heartbroken. He truly went above and beyond providing that much-appreciated extra service. Kudos to a great Eugene store!

I placed an order from California for a delivery in Eugene. The person who helped me on the phone (Luke?) was great. I didn't really know what I wanted, but he made suggestions and helped me through the process. I heard later that the delivery was on time and everyone was pleased with the quality of the arrangement. I'll be using EA again, no matter where I want the delivery to go.

Everything says this location is open on Saturdays. Drove into town and the store was locked up and no one is answering the phone. ??

I am very disappointed in their service. Ordered ahead of time for Father's day with specific instructions to deliver Friday. They assured me that could easily be done. Not only did they not deliver on Friday, it was late Sunday before they texted that the delivery could not be completed because the main office for my Father's care home was not open which is exactly what had been discussed with them on order. VERY POOR Service!!!

They delivered black gooey flowers to my mom on Mother's Day. When I called for a refund they said they had run out of flowers. I'm supposed to be getting a refund

Went in to get my free birthday gift. The guy working there tried to look up my information gave him both my phone number and email apparently I don’t have an account with them (which I obviously do) he wasn’t very helpful didn’t seem like he cared about anything. Then goes on to say “I think you have to be a member for a year to get the free birthday gift” then I said ok then walked out.

Their arrangements continue to be every bit classic, creative, beautifully intricate, and ornate; not to mention, wonderfully sculpted conversation pieces as well. I do wish they were just a bit more affordable, but for whatever political/financial technicalities thar have to do with all of the pricing and so on, I do understand the cost bit of their business. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the folks at this particular Edible Arrangements!! I had the best experience! Friendly staff, great communication, very reasonable prices and good selection of items. I will definitely use their services again!!

How about actually being open when you say you're gonna be open? Don't leave your "open" sign on if you're not actually open either. -__- We want our money back for the pickup order my fiance placed for me.

The customer service was way, way, way, (did I day way) beyond anything I could have expected. On Dec 24th, afternoon, I stopped by to pick up a pre-paid order that my wife had placed. Upon arrival there was no order under her name, my name or even Santa Claus. Hmmm. I searched my credit card account and discovered that my wife had mistakenly placed the order at the Portland, Or store. The store manager/owner quickly jumped in a said no problem. She had replacement items available in a few minutes and even threw in a flower arrangement in to boot. She told me how to get a refund from the store in Portland and sent us on our way. Soon after leaving the store I received a call from the Portland store and they had refunded our purchase back to our credit card. You can't expect more than that...anyplace. The fruit platters were a big hit and the flowers are cheering up our dining room. The best to you and your team. Happy New Year.
