The employees are not very kind. They want you in and out as quick as possible. That leads to a terrible job. When getting my car washed, the employee did circular motions with the brush, and you could see there was heavy pressure being used. I can totally believe people have gotten their car scratched. There’s light scratching on mine and I definitely checked beforehand. I found it weird they were using the same cleaner for my windows, my seat wipe, and quite literally everything else. I was told it’s not even a multi purpose cleaner either. I will not be going back. If you care about your vehicle, this is NOT the place to go.

I qa sputting my Audi S8 in a local car show so I got the "Elite wash and detail" for $39.99 but was charged an extra $8 without notice or mention on my receipt (I assume for cleaning my already clean floor mats x4).
We went through the automatic car wash, which only took about 2 minutes. It seemed short to me.
We then went into the detail area and watched as the car next to me had their trunk opened and cleaned, but mine was not even opened and left dirty. My center consoles and door compartments were not vacuumed out at either. Nor, were my back seat cracks.
My drivers floor mat was placed on top of the gas pedal, which almost turned into an out of control issue, which is scary in a V10 capable of over 170mph, luckily I was able to pull it off before anything bad happened.
Overall, I would not suggest the detail service here.

Has a great experience, and was very happy with the way my work truck looked. You can imagine as a contractor my truck can get pretty darn dirty, and I can't say anything bad at all for how it came out. Very happy how close this is to my shop, and will always bring my trucks and cars there to get cleaned. Been telling people to go there for a while now and still will continue to go.

Glad to find this "detail" shop. I have mobility issues, so happy to finally find an affordable option to over-priced competitors & drive thru disappointments Impressed by thorough job done by attendant on outside, no residual remained like other detailers leave. Soon plan to have them do my car's interior too. Great job!

Absolutely awful experience with the new owners. I've been coming to this place for about 6 years now. It double the price and double the amount of time. It took 90 minutes, yes NINETY to wash and vacuum out my car. It cost me $60 to wait 90 minutes to remove dog hair. In the past it was about 20-25 minutes tops to do the exact same thing. They had two people vacuuming out my car at first then only one kid was doing it and it took forever while they kept focusing on cars in the other lane. They are clearly understaffed and I was late to my appointments for the rest of the day. Go somewhere else.

The new ownership has completely ruined this place. Turned it into a complete cash grab, there is a surcharge for literally everything. And the workers are so slow I've been here for 50 minutes, now I'm returning my rental late and being charged another 130$ for the rental.
They used to clean your whole car for 30$ now if you want the elite wash pet hair removed and your windows cleaned it will run you about 70$ and that doesn't even cover everything.

Really bummer attitude from the guy working the booth at this place. Super hostile and unwilling to change our order to add an interior detail on top of the wash. He made it so difficult that in the end we just went somewhere else. Why argue with a customer who’s already given you $29 and wants to give you more?

I took my small car in today for a car wash. I also then asked for basic interior wipe down, inside front window cleaned and vacuuming. I was easily accomodated and moved through in a timely manner, say about 15 min. The cost was $40.00 + tip. The team members were polite and helpful. I watched all of the work being done. I was reasonably satisfied with all of the work, except for the hood and the front which had bugs on it from a recent trip. This was clearly noticeable and could have been further addressed while the rest of the work was being done.

Well first off they don’t honor the punch cards. Ok whatever. But the interior clean was subpar they didn’t clean out cup holders or the little stash area by the shifter or the leather around shifter. And on top of that. Am missing a handful of change Used to like the old owner at least his guys were honest and did a better job. WONT GO HERE AGAIN.

I paid over $50 for them to clean the inside and outside of my car. I paid $40 for the elite package, they didn’t even vacuum or wipe the doors down. There was a ketchup packet sitting on my dash, dust all around it, they didn’t wipe it at all. I paid extra for them to wash the mats, they didn’t until I pointed it out. I paid extra for an air freshener, they never gave me one. Overall, this was a huge ripoff. I had to come home and it took me 5 minutes to clean what they didn’t. I should’ve just cleaned it myself.

LET ME SAY THIS REVIEW IS BEFORE THE NEW OWNERS AND NAME CHANGE TO WILD WILLIES.
Maybe it's situations with certain businesses that they should just use the thumbs up or thumbs down. That way, we don't have to give a star where it's not deserved. This has to be the most disgruntled disrespectful and rude employee of any car wash I've ever been to. You're greeted with an attitude, and you leave receiving an attitude. Like someone else said, it is the only full service car wash in the Eugene area, though. I know nothing about no hand washing or anything else that was said to be custom like that. I can't even get them to do anything to my tires when I pay for tire cleaning. Worst employees in town.

I took my car her because it was a full service car wash. I had expressed how I really needed my windows cleaned. I was assured I was in good hands. I paid almost $40. They took their time cleaning, not because they did an awesome, but because they kept walking away from the car and another person would work on it for a few minutes and then walked away. It wasn't a consistent person working on the car. The windows mainly front and back did not get cleaned, the dash board and steering wheel were still dirty and the center console was dirty. I asked for some help to clean the center console. I didn't realize how dirty my car was unti I drove away. I should have drove right back and made them do it again. But I work evening shifts and didn't have the energy.
I will give them a second chance. I am taking before and after pictures this time. I am hoping I will not be disappointed the second time around. I will post next time to prove how well it was done or not. I will post again soon.

I just got to wash only after my car was destroyed with debris in my apartment complex from power washer cleaners. It did a fairly good job. I was especially impressed with how clean my tires rims got. I paid $10.00
