Been a customer for several years. Had one of the first installs back in the beginning in my neighborhood. Went great! Service is ultra-reliable and any issues I have had (2) in the last 8 years were corrected and resolved quickly. Great service! Had a train frequency bleed into the internet service. They changed the freq and got it up. Really rare event. They made good on it. Amazing speed based upon my location. (Kids say I live in the woods..lol). I've recommended my neighbors jump on the bandwagon of reliable internet and they never have looked back.

Very unprofessional and rude and disrespectful people that work hear me the technicians that come to install take a month to install your service and rip coaxel out to put 5g in and the whole time your waiting to be installed your being charged for service and that puts you behind a month every month and when asked to fix your internet to run non 5g they tell you it’s not their fault and to figure it out on your own so 10 out of 10 highly don’t recommend going through these rude and unprofessional people
