EXCELLENT SERVICE! Such a great experience; from the reservation for the date of my move from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom apartment in the same Complex, to the actual move. Sandy was very professional when arranging/scheduling my move and in a follow-up confirmation. And, I can’t say enough about Sawyer and Zack. They were on time, organized, thoroughly discussed the job before beginning my move and gave an accurate time estimate. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and quick. They took great care with my mostly vintage and antique furniture; using covers and wrap where needed. Sawyer and Zack also placed every box of clothing, dishes, linens and furniture items in its appropriate place with very little direction. I was so impressed. Thank you, Emerald Moving & Storage, for your GREAT STAFF!

EXCELLENT service from the two guys who arrived today to move heavy furniture and boxes to multiple levels in our home. Our house has 4 different levels. We needed furniture moved from different levels and even into garage (making it 5 levels!). The guys were friendly, professional, and had no complaints about doing a job that was overwhelming to us. This is our second hire for Emerald Moving. We would absolutely hire them again. It would've taken us weeks to do these moves and most would not have been possible at all. Best money we've spent since moving to our new house!

Emerald Moving, Inc., of Eugene, OR, did an outstanding job of getting me moved out of a storage unit and into a 2nd floor apartment. Setting up the move was easy and simple, which I appreciated but, it was Sam and Grover, the movers, who made the whole process enjoyable. They were professional, skilled, respectful and friendly.
I even got a fig jam recipe! Thanks Grow-ver!

We had their crew out four separate times as we were in process of packing U-Haul pods preparation for moving
Each time their crew came out,
Often with different people making up a team, they were consistently excellent.
Sandy, the polite professional woman that I spoke with on the phone especially when changes came up, did an excellent job. Multiple times I spoke with her on the phone when we made changes secondary to other vendors we were working with,
She consistently was understanding, and worked with the options she had an availability. I really appreciated her services, especially when you're going through stressful period of time such as moving from home where you have been many years.
I give them top marks for how they work together with teamwork, their abilities to help pack things up to reduce the odds of us having breakage on route, being empathetic and professional, kindness, transparency and honesty, and being very responsible.
They help me both with residential tasks as well as in our professional office that we closed.
Their prices were Fair, easy to understand, straight up transparent and honest.
Each of their workers were diligent, hardworking, and efficient.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. Most of my friends were already aware of them as well as our realtor, because they have a well-deserved excellent reputation

The crew from Emerald Moving were efficient, careful, and friendly. Sam and Zach understood our needs and worked with us to get our files moved in a format that helped us by making it easier to get to them at the delivery point. We really appreciate Emerald Moving and would recommend them for any small business that needs furniture, files, or equipment moved. Thanks guys!

They are GREAT! Showed up on time and diligently got things done. No slackers or clock milkers here. Professional and quick. Took great care of all furniture with moving pads, shrinkwrap, etc. No damage to anything. I would recommend them highly if you need to move. They made quick work of it and relieved a lot of stress from the moving experience.

Sam, Zac and Aaron were amazing and worked very hard getting me all moved. I am so thankful for Emerald Moving and the 3 men that worked 2 full days with me.

Moving crew did a great job of clearing out a lot of furniture and coordinating well to load items in a storage container and in a garage. It required coordination and "Tetris" abilities. They communicated well, were respectful and worked quickly. Well done!
