My Dad has only been here for a day so far but the entire staff, Cherie, Anna, Cari, Poet, both Erin’s and everyone I’ve encountered (including really nice residents) have been absolutely wonderful helping him settle in and keep him safe. I did extensive research and touring, and I’m so glad we found Emerald Valley for him. Clean, professional, homey. Highly recommend at least scheduling a tour.

My Mother lived at Emerald Valley for a year and a half. And I can tell you that the staff was like family to all of us. They took good care of Mom during the pandemic lockdown and took excellent care of her before and when she passed.In this photo she was showing us the gifts that she got from the staff last Christmas.

I’ve worked at Emerald Valley for 2 1/2 years. It’s an honor to work with such a caring and professional team who really have our residents well being their top priority. The genuine care, love and patience shown to our residents by the staff is truly heartwarming.

My mother-in-law lived here for almost 2 years before she recently passed on. We can't say enough about how kind the staff was to her, how helpful the front desk (Erin and Maya) were with our questions, and the overall feeling that she was safe and well cared for at EV. During the week of her passing we watched as the med techs moved in a wholly professional manner while simultaneously conveying to her their genuine care and sensitivity to the situation. We couldn't have asked for better care for her. We highly recommend Emerald Valley Assisted Care.

this place is a complete joke. management is a TOTAL JOKE! they dont care for their residents like THEY deserve! they treat company like crap and is completely UNPROFESSIONAL about everything. I Do NOT recommend this facility at all!

Best care staff, management there is amazing. the residents are awesome to get to know, the food is amazing so are the cooks there. always family and friends friendly. would recommend this place for anyone looking for employment or residential move in. Everyone there works as a team and they work as a big happy family.

My mother-in-law has been at Em Valley for several years now. She loves it. The activity director (Jo) is amazing -- truly a friend. Everyone keeps an eye out and communicates really well when a need is present. They have the interest and comfort of the residents in mind. The location is great for us. I think it's really good for the residents, too, especially with the new active transportation corridor on East/West Amazon. We see a good friend that is a resident there walking all the time around the neighborhood. It's perfect for those who like to get out or stay in.

I have worked here at Emerald Valley for over 2 years. This is a lovely place for senior care! This is a one level, 40 apartment community that offers amazing meals, activities 7 days per week, transportation 2 days per week to doctor visits and an experience of love and compassion from the staff that truly care for the residents. Do yourself a favor and stop by and experience the "difference between living and living well"!
