Aubrey's lack of professionalism and customer service needs to be adequately reevaluated. I expressed my concerns about having an appointment with the location and he just hung up on me!! I tried to call back but he was enjoying being able to sit and have my call ring!!! complete unacceptable, you are better of walking then giving this company another PENNY!!

This pertains to Enterprise rental from 9/25/2023 - 10/21/2023. Everyone with whom we interacted, specifically Hayden, Awbrey, Mallory and Tenley, did an excellent job of assisting us (in my opinion, none could have done any better or more for us). Our overall rental experience was excellent as was the vehicle provided for our use. 10/10

Very friendly staff and accommodating to my requests. Picked me up at auto body shop where my vehicle was being repaired. Explain charges coherently. Upgraded my rental at my request ASAP. Would rent from them again when necessary.

We reserved an 8 passenger vehicle to use for our family of 8 for our reunion. My husband picks it up and drives it to where we are all ready to load up. As we are ready to get in and leave for our trip, we realize it only seats 7. He then has to leave us all and take it back to the rental place to get the correct vehicle. Turns out they gave us the wrong vehicle and now have to clean out another one while we wait. Well, that lack of professionalism pushed us back 40 minutes and as a result, we missed our reservation for the Dune Buggy Tour, a loss of over $800, and a family experience we were all looking forward to.When my husband returned the vehicle 4 days later, he told the employee what had happened. We were given $100 off. The employee said he was not authorized to do anything else.It saddens me that this is now the customer service that is prevalent in so many businesses. As the mother of this group and as the mama bear, I feel that this was unexceptable and therefore chose to take my business elsewhere next time.

Kyle, the friendly truck rental rep at the location on 980 Garfield St, Eugene, OR 97402 made the entire rental process easy. My only concern was the Dodge Promaster Cargo Van had no spare tire. There doesn't seem to be an external location to mount a spare tire.

We asked the wonderful people at Enterprise if we could exchange the Rav4 we were driving for a smaller car. I had difficulty getting into the Rav4 because I am vertically challenged. They said to come back in a couple of hours and they would have something for us. They gave me an Elantra, and I love it.

This location lies to their customers. Avoid them or you too may be liable for damages caused after you return a vehicle. I used a truck from this location while my truck was being repaired in a body shop. When my truck was ready for pick up from the repair shop I called Enterprise on a Friday afternoon to see if I should return the rental to their lot or if I could leave it at the repair shop for them to pick up later. The Enterprise employee from this location told me on the phone I could leave the rental in the lot of the repair shop and they would come get it, AND they would state in their system I had "turned in the vehicle" and would no longer be responsible for it. So I left the rental in the repair lot, had the folks at the repair shop do a walk around of the rental to confirm there were no damages, got in to my own truck and drove away. I'll note there was an easy option to just drive the rental a couple miles down the road to return it to Enterprise directly if they had said that was protocol, or I could have done the swap on Monday to Enterprise. I was excited to get my truck back and get back to normal life so I opted to leave the rental and move along. The rental was retrieved 5 days later after an Enterprise employee drove past the repair shop and noticed the rental parked there. When they finally come to retrieve the truck there was damage to the back of the rental that was not there when I "turned it in". Enterprise does not keep a record of their phone conversations with customers so there was no proof of the conversation. This would have been a good one "for training purposes". I spoke with the manager about my frustration and he assured me this was not uncommon and he could clear things up. Enterprise held me liable for the damages. When I went to the lot to see the rental and the damages, the truck had already been sent with another customer so I was unable to see the damages myself. Apparently in the small print of the agreement, a renter is responsible for a vehicle until it is returned to an Enterprise lot. Ok, that makes sense, and I could have easily done that. BUT, when an employee says a rental can be left at a different lot, and a customer won't be responsible for the rental anymore, and Enterprise will come pick it up, don't believe the lie. You will be held responsible to the fine print of the agreement and be liable the damages.

The crew at Enterprise, especially Aubrey and Chris, were courteous and diligent in preparing Sandra's Camry. Well done, fellows !

Every time I rent a vehicle from them, it’s been a great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, I get out of there in a few minutes. And returning the vehicle is just as easy

In need of a vehicle to tow my Mom's trailer home from Eugene for her, so I call enterprise. The lady online says "oh yeah, we have truck rentals that are set up for towing" and set up my reservation. So I drive 200 miles to the nearest truck rental location to the trailer only to find out there is no customer parking, there is no ball on the truck, and that the card that was used to set up the reservation could not be used because her name was on it. I didn't have this issue at uhaul last time I moved it for her, and am now having to pay another month of storage on the trailer and wasted the day and a tank of gas. Will never rent from this company.

The service was actually pretty good until they decided the fuel level was 1.8 gallons below the half full level when I received the truck. So I was charged an extra $9 on a $670 rental. Filling a tank to half way isn't easy in a vehicle you don't own and would I have got $9 dollars back if I'd have over-filled it? I think I know the answer. A slightly tacky finish to what was up to that point a good experience

Absolutely horrible service. Scheduled a rental for drop off at M&G collisions a mile away from the store and they confirmed a 4pm drop off 5 times. Here I am sitting in the store for 45 min twiddling my thumbs while they say the car is "on the way". Incredibly unprofessional. It's a 4 min drive
