I have been a customer of Eugene Beauty Supply for over 30 years, and because they are locally owned and operated, you are treated as an important person, not a number. They are very professional and personable. I always go to them first when looking for products. I would much rather give small business my patronage, and highly recommend these lovely people. :)

It's cool it's just way over priced on some things but then some other things you can find for a decent price. Never Gamma that I've seen. Barbicide wipes are decent price. You have to call for them to unlock the door for you to go in the store.

I get most of my supplies here. I'm new to Eugene and I've visited other beauty supply stores but they don't always have what I need. The customer service here is superb! I highly recommend.

Only open to licensed professionals, but don’t advertise that. Let me in, asked me if I was licensed, and then let me out. Sucks because I was planning on buying some fairly expensive clippers. Meh

I have been doing business with Eugene beauty supply for 40 years. They are nothing more than professional, kind and helpful. They bend over backwards to serve this community and I like to give them my business because they are local and they're not a big corporation. The owner of this beauty supply is very nice and generous with her patrons and bent over backwards during COVID-19 to make sure that we got what we needed to do our jobs. I highly recommend you giving them your business.

There is little to NOTHING and I mean that literally, for people or clients of color. Though Eugene doesn't have the biggest community of color, I think a shop that only caters to stylists should be making sure they sell supplies for ALL hair types. This includes people of color. Thanks.

Excellent service. Had product that none of the Sally's Beauty Supply had, nor anyone else, in stock! Cool vibe, knowledgeable, worth the visit, especially when the major chain is out of a product. Try them....

I will absolutely never give them my business again. I asked if my 2 year old could use the restroom and stated it was an emergency and I was planning to shop. They told me no even though I know for a fact they let customers use it all the time. They told me to wait outside because they had another customer inside (only allowing 1 shopper at a time) and when I tried to talk to them about it they closed the door in my face.

First time who heard great things so I went on payday:) nice lady helped me find everything I needed and more. Also showed me their discount rack and answered all my questions about polymer powders and gels. Love this place. So many beautiful acrylic colors and choices for everything

Love the store but really irritated they just closed the salem location with no warning at all. I used to get alot from them and thry have loat alot of business because of this. I shouldnt have to pay for delivery from eugene i should get that free since u decided to up and bail. Just sayen. I cant afford gas to drive that far all the time its annoying. Nor do i have an extra 2.5-3 hours round trip like ever.
