My business uses this mailbox due to its location. The employee with green hair and piercings wouldn’t give me their name, but did give me the worst customer experience I’ve had at a shipping center. I was just picking up a few packages, which is all the more impressive to me.

I've been with these people along time of and on and they have always been great . Until recently they have a new girl working there and has the most nasty attitude she is extremely rude and unperfetional and has no business working with people .

I'm a digital business. I signed up with this to use as my company's mailing address in my LLC application so I don't have to have my home address registered with the state. I checked with their employee first. I sign up and am at the last step and need to fill out the USPS form. They require a business address. I call back and ask what I'm supposed to put down. Then I'm told I have to register my business first. But then what address do I use? I have to use my home address first, get their mailbox service, then go back and change it through the state.This sounds like an incredible hassle and already found someone else to do what they can't. I thought I'd do something local and this was a total waste of time.

If I could leave a Zero star, I would. on top of the most rude people I’ve met in my life, today they gave my MEDICATION to “someone” else. a stranger! that person is not on my P.o. box which I had to provide TWO pieces of ID to acquire & be ALLOWED to pick up my mail. we did not even get a “sorry” for my medical information & RX being given to strangers, nor the fact I have to now replace at over $100! Unbelievable! do not use them, you will be very sorry

If I could do a zero star, I would. it's shocking this business is still around, they are that terrible. from awful & RUDE customer service to now, giving my medication to another customer! No apology, no nothing!! I had to provide TWO government ID's to acquire the P.o. box & to be authorized to pick up any of our mail. Today, we were informed that they gave my prescription to a stranger. so now I have no medication, I'm out over $100 for the replacement & my meds are gone. absolutely unacceptable from someone claiming to be part of the US Post office. we are furious & have filed a complaint w/ the US Post office. do NOT use these people, you will regret it. last time, we got some else's selection ballot! they are a JOKE!

Whenever I have to ship out a package this is the place I go. Friendly staff, you can print out shipping labels, they even custom pack things for you. One of the best parts is that they give you the lowest price possible. They have international shipping including domestic for carriers. The carriers are as included USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

This location (Willamette) has the most WONDERFUL crew. Chuck is fantastic and always so helpful and welcoming. I know this place charges a little more than your normal FedEx but I don’t even care. I will pay the price anytime to see these guys. They make my day. Literally the best crew around!!

Utter disgraceful treatment !!! I will NEVER patron this business (the two locations) ever again. The woman at the Barger location was extremely rude when I asked her for a FedEx envelope. She refused me service, discriminating against me for my disability. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was enacted to protect people from discrimination. Apparently, this business chooses to violate this law and all state and local anti-discrimination laws. Disgraceful!!!!

Such a great store! You can get a PO Box here, they have a notary public, shipping, etc. I came in because I needed to mail some clothing and they actually helped me to repackage it so that it saved me some money on shipping. One man was training, and they both were so nice, funny and helpful. With a local place like this one, why would you ever go anywhere else???
