This is a family owned business that is truly a ‘Mom and Pops’ shop. Both owners are trained impeccably in the dying art of brass and woodind repair. They are both horn players and parents with an obvious love and respect for student and professional players alike. My sons are both musicians and at the recommendation of their band teacher we went to Eugene Music for new mouth pieces and cleaning. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my children. It's great to work with a local business owner that really knows his stuff!

The owner is great! He has encouraged my daughter every single time we have been in there. We rented a sax and had a small issue with it, took it in and in 5 minutes he had it fixed with a smile!

The owner held onto 3 appraisals for over six weeks and never even started appraising ANY of them! I spoke to him 4 weeks into this "process", letting him know I'm on a time crunch and if he's unable to do the appraisals I'll have to take them somewhere else. He assured me they'd be done in a week. I live an hour outside of Eugene, so I called and left a message the day before I came up to get them. I came to pick them up and he listed excuses why he didn't get them done. He told me he needed to prioritize his work and my appraisals were not important. Wow, next time prioritize customer service.
