Best piano company EVER!! I had been on the look out for a new piano for a number of months. Tom Turner was patient and knowledgable. He worked with me over the phone and was flexible with meeting times, so I could try out the different pianos. Finding the perfect piano was worth the drive from Bend to Eugene! Thanks, Tom!!

We had the most amazing experience here. Tom greeted us with respect and a big smile. We walked into his piano studio shopping for a piano. He took the time to explain the different pianos, pros and cons, prices, and services offered. My husband and I brought with us a baby in a stroller and an elder in a wheelchair. We never felt like we were taking up too much space or time. We made our purchase and because of Tom’s patience, we felt 100% confident with our purchase. Our piano has been an incredible addition in our lives. Tom has also since tuned her up. I recommend Tom and his establishment more than I can say.

Tom helped me greatly in purchasing a used piano and bringing it back to its former glory. While he could have sold me a piano from his store, he had a great level of integrity and, after checking it out, agreed that the one I found represented the best value for me. I shall continue to use his services for future tuning and maintenance and he has my highest recommendation.

I just bought a gorgeous Grotrian piano through Tom at this store, and I love the piano. Tom is very caring and dedicated to serving the needs of his clients. He really worked hard to put it all together for me.
