  Overall experience was good. They were able to schedule us for next day service, my old car is pretty beat up, had seat stains from growing kids eating snacks, spilling drinks and hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. After the detail clean, the interior and exterior looks much better!

  I brought my Nissan in that had been sitting for over a year and was mice infested, so the smell was awful. Extreme clean did a great job getting all the smell out and making the carpets and seats look brand new again! 110% recommend going here if you’re looking for a top notch detailer in Eugene!

  Horrible experience. No attention to detail. Had my vehicle for 6 hours and didn’t do the job. Didn’t offer a discount or to make it right.

  While out of the country, mice got into my vehicle. I cleaned it as best I could but knew that mouse urine would still be present. Extreme Clear did a through job and they were also able to remove rubbed in dirt from the headline. I am extremely happy with the interior detail of my Forester. It looks brand new!

  I brought my jeep in for a full detail they did a great job on getting all the dog hair out. Also all the mold was removed from my trunk space. 10/10 the customer service was great and felt like my car was in good hands the whole time!

  After shopping around Salem, Corvallis, and Eugene I thought I had really come across a winner with Extreme Clean Auto Detail.
  
  Well, I was dead wrong. I thought nothing of their pricing. Still competitive but on the higher end, just assumed it meant better service. Well, $380 later I was left with permanently stained side trim from carelessly splashed tire shine, and a car wash that I could’ve done with my backyard hose. Attempted to buff out the shine with Meguiar’s, then, upon taking it to another shop who would ACTUALLY detail it, they informed me the damage was permanent and all I could likely do was reapply Meguiar’s every month to mask the PERMANENT DAMAGE or repaint all my trim. Unbelievable.
  
  When we came to pick up our vehicle I wish I would’ve spoken up sooner when the employee at Extreme Clean told me the car was dirty because of “debris from the factory next door”.
  
  Booking my appointment with one of the owners, Trina, she was very friendly and confident in their level of service, so it just made the complete failure of an experience that more demoralizing. Engine bay cleaning was fine, interior was a 5/10, and exterior detail was really them just destroying my car. Unless they commit to changing their process, don’t come here for a detail at all.

  I bought my car and it had a large stain on the back the seat. The dealership did their own detail and couldn’t remove the stain. So I decided to bring my car to Extreme Clean with my fingers crossed they could at least make it look a little better. To my surprise they removed the stain a 100%! I will now be a forever customer of theirs and send my friends/family to them!

  They have detailed all 3 of my cars and the service there is top shelf! I never leave reviews but we have a fawn dog and it sheds all over our black interior and I swear they got every last hair out of the back seats. Amazing 10/10 would highly recommend.

  Worked directly with Kat while scheduling and afterwards. Had some follow up things that were very professionally taken care of. Customer service was a 10/10 and the staff was very friendly

  Terrible communication. Didn't bother to call me to say in 48 hours they hadn't even started it. Didn't offer to reimburse the wasted money on an Uber, didn't offer a discount or free detailing to make up for the mistake. Blamed me for being upset.
