Eyemart Express is one of the country's Top 10 optical retailers, featuring a lens lab in every store that makes 90% of glasses the same day. It offers a selection of more than 2,000 frames and everyday specials. Reviews note the service is excellent, wonderful, great, and fast, with staff described as pleasant, polite, helpful, and patient. The speed in completing glasses is often highlighted as unbelievable and quicker than expected. While most experiences are positive, some note occasional issues like incorrect lenses or longer wait times when the location is understaffed, particularly on a Saturday. Many customers state they would recommend the business to friends and family.
Alyssa and Carie are rockstars! So professional and kind, and give great customer service. My glasses were ready in 1 hour and I was given a nice discount. Definitely the best place to get glasses at an affordable price with fantastic customer service!

I still can’t believe that I got a pair of prescription sunglasses and a free pair of backup glasses in an hour 🤯

Alyssa was so helpful and went out of her way to get me a deal. I haven’t had new glasses in years and didn’t spend an arm and a leg, or my entire day.
