Very expensive now, I miss the old wash options. Staff are always very friendly and the service is top-notch. Love the complimentary vacuums, too.
Getting in and out can be a pain, though, but that's River Road for you.

The guys working are always super nice. Sometimes when I come by with my kids they will scrub my windows and draw smiley faces in the bubbles. They love it! Only thing that kept me from giving five stars was I went by during a huge heat wave and asked one of them how his day was and if he was able to stay cool. He said they don’t have AC in the office or working fans. I felt the heat in the parking lot vacuuming out my car and felt awful for the employees. The owners should definitely think of them during these 90 degree days.

The tire spray machine is always broken, it does not shine tires! I have brought this to their attention MANY times over a year now and each time I go it still doesn't work properly! But they still charge you full price for the premium wash!

Update: my review prompted a call and i was told.my account would be canceled. Not sure how it would have gone without the review but it shows that to some degree they care about feedback.
I stopped this car wash because my car doesnt always get clean. I have to go through multiple times for it to clean my car adequately.
Happy to have some response to my difficult cancelation.
Can only cancel via a form that takes weeks. Meaning they charge you in the mean time. Ive always been able to call an have my membership canceled. This is a really poorly designed system for the customer and is designed to keep charging you
