I had a very odd sized fastener I had to get. They helped me find out exactly what I needed, size, length, type, etc... and though they didn't have it in stock (again, it was a weird part and I didn't expect anyone to have the size i needed in stock anywhere) they had it shipped from another store over the weekend and arrived Monday (I went in the store on a friday).And it was seriously less than 3$ worth of fasteners...These guys F'n rock.

Best place to get fasteners in town (Eugene Fasteners are jerks if you are not a business customer) The staff bent over backwards to get the weird nuts and bolts I needed for my Jeep. They have a lifelong customer in me!

called the Roseburg store looking for a Keensert or a time sert or a Heli coil to repair threads they did not know what i was talking about. so i said i would call the Eugene store and get someone that was smarter and that would give Andy a part # . called and got in touch with Sara she also had know idea what i was talking about. don't you deal in nuts and bolts i can go down to the local handyman harware and any body there will know
