Very unhappy with their customer service. Spent over 20k when my stores were set up. Asked for two numbers so that we could change our hours. Happy to pay but was told they have a large minimum and that they couldn't help me. It's a customer service opportunity. When I asked for information like font and size atleast. They just ignored me. Lost my referrals and my business forever. Love to work with local people, but this is a huge disappointment.

I’m beyond impressed with how my new building sign turned out! I recently completed a logo refresh for my business and needed to replace the old sign that had been up for 17 years. I was kinda hesitant at first, thinking the price would be much higher than what Fast Signs ended up quoting. Pete, Elizabeth, and the rest of the crew—especially Dave [the sign guy]—have been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.
