The fedex phone system will not let you contact a local store. Awful setup and should be able to call the store instead of getting the run around with a AI operator that can’t answer your question.

The Walgreens staff was confused about what I was shipping because it was not prepackaged. No package materials on site. I had to talk slowly and explain that I needed to ship a key fob, and it confused her even more. I had to figure out that they do not have shipping materials for myself. All the person had to say was they only accept prepackaged items shipping and they do not have shipping mats on site. 0 customer service.

In my opinion, they are losing a lot of money as well as customers by not accepting "Debit" cards as an option to pay for services. It must be an actual "Credit" card.
Well Fed Ex, not everyone, and for a variety of reasons, can obtain a Credit card. ?

I had 2 chores. Send a package and go to another store that I knew to have birthday cards. Happily, FedEx sells holiday and bday cards! Some were very amusing like the one I sent my son. That was nice! I was saved another 1/2 mile walk! I showed the card to the clerk and she got a kick out of it, too. Good people, good services, lifes necessities!.
