Flew in with five minutes till closing. Needed to get passport photos taken urgently. Was excited that Fedex actually does them. And in fact also. Who knew? MICHAL was exceptionally swift and helpful. We had those photos done and printed and cut to specifications and I was out the door over closing but they were wrapping up with another client as well so it was fine. Very efficient, professional, courteous, exemplary customer service. Everything you hope for from a Fedex Store.

I called in because I couldn't complete an order online. The young man who helped me gave me the email address for the store and explained the wording I needed to use to get my order correctly done. And, it was! On time, totally correct, and when I picked up my order, he was able to apply a promo code to reduce the price! I will definitely be back for my copying and printing needs!

Matt at this location is so helpful, kind, and a hard worker. There were some issues with me emailing stuff in and he got all my stuff uploaded from my flash drive and printed out fast and efficiently, so thankful for all your help Matt!

One of their drivers almost backed into my car as he was leaving. I had to honk multiple times before he FINALLY stopped and then he flipped ME off as he was leaving. I'd report it but they literally don't care.

Quick, friendly and efficient service! Thanks for making the shipping process easy, better than waiting in line at USPS. Parking lot is located behind their building.

Sick of the discrimination. It's getting bad. There is only one male who seems to know what he's doing. The others just grunt and grumble and talk down to customers.
The females are great and very helpful.
The males need great work.
For someone with anxiety issues, I appreciate the ability to work on my own projects freely. If I need help, ill ask... but when i do, the males ignore me and just laugh when I make a mistake.
I wish you had competition I could get my things done without be stared down.

This location has a serious attitude problem with certain employees.
I need to make copies and most days it's a easy in and out.
However today, I went in to print a shipping label and was told that the Service I needed was self service. After asking a couple questions about the Service, the employee was very rude and said it would cost a 2.50 just for him to assist me.
After figuring it out (on my own) the printer messed up the print, so in the end, a whole other employee had to help me.
Disappointed.

I didn’t appreciate the customer service from Ashley today. When asking questions, she could not avoid to respond in a tone. After calling, and talking to a robot over phone, I felt more helpful service there.

i went to pick up a package thatd i’d been waiting on for a while and i had called and the lady on the phone was so nice and she even called me back right when the package got delivered. she was there when i went to pick it up i didn’t get her name but she has long blonde hair and was super duper helpful. i vote her employee of the month she was so helpful and made my day.

Matt and Katie really helped me with shipping an item from out of state to another location. This was the third stop In the first competitor couldn't help me, the second competitor was going to charge $70, But now helped me access one of the store desktop FedEx computers. Katie checked in on me and then printed my label. I was able to complete my package label order for $20! Friendly and just really available, Thanks guys!

I usually don’t post reviews unless something is extremely good or extremely bad. Unfortunately, this experience was the latter. All of my previous experiences at this store have been great! Sure, they don’t always greet, but from all past experiences the staff has been really helpful. Today when we walked into the store, a Matt was extremely lackluster and treated us as if we were an inconvenience to them. I understand that customers can be mean, and my partner and I are generally considered kind, but this interaction made me feel sour and we tried giving him the benefit of the doubt. We tried being nice, nothing was said besides questions, but don’t get upset and sigh when we’re looking for our ID for 15 seconds. Please don’t get frustrated when we are asking extremely simple questions. I’d want to say that all prior experiences would make up for this one, but I’d be lying if I said I would be excited to come in again.
