2 packages over the past couple years have arrived retaped with the contents stolen. Over $300 lost to these thieves. Nothing ever gets done and FedEx blames the shipper, who does not even sell the items they swap them out with. I ordered a piano and they swapped it out with a blanket. Straight up criminal organization right under our noses.

The staff at this location is very nice and helpful, however, we seem to have recurring issues with package delivery. Every time we think the issue(s) are dealt with they begin to recur. It seems drivers either cannot or do not read addresses or the delivery instructions on the package labels or in their handheld machines. Our packages are to be delivered onto the porch when the gate is unlocked. We waited all day this last time and when it finally came, around 5:15pm, it was left outside the gate where anyone can pick it up. Since I would have to drive down and talk to someone AGAIN (the 800# menu is ridiculous), I am finally writing a review. I will also be filing a complaint with the company who sends our packages thru FedEx. Like others I have suggested testing potential drivers for their ability to read, also attitude training, and definitely orientation prior to beginning their job to include how to find the instructions for deliveries - look at the labels, read the address instructions, etc. It could be an incredibly professional company if customer service was #1.

The driver coming to Yoncalla from this hub is dumping all the packages coming to my neighborhood at one person's house instead of delivering to my package to my house, it's happened 3 times now in a row, despite constant calls to complain about lost packages

I ordered some live animals and did a request to hold. I then get a call from someone at this center telling me they don't do customer pickup. She is very rude. When I go to pickup the animals I am told that if I use them again, they will return the package to the sender. If I can't do customer pickup, why is there a sign stating I can do customer pickup?

Seem to be literally incapable of actually delivering a package. Drivers have no clue what they are doing or just sit in their vehicles and make no attempt to deliver items. Best thing to do is avoid FedEx while in Eugene. They really need to replace staff with people that have some level of competence at all.

Driver delivered a package for me two days ago.Today I sat here and watched her park her truck. Fumble some stuff around in the truck and then she just drove off without trying to deliver the 2200.00 package.Amazon notified me the driver couldn’t find me apartment yet the same driver delivered a package two days prior.Something is wrong fed ex never does this.The quality of drivers are poor in my opinion. At least in Eugene.

Use UPS instead. This FedEx location in Eugene broke a door/window I'd been waiting on for weeks. And no apology offered.

Their drivers DO NOT read addresses nor street Whenever a new driver fills in My address is a STREET yet they drop off packages on a Drive The drivde doesnt even have street number clise to mine!!! Very Bad training! For years now been lising my packages!!!

Can’t read addresses. Got a notice my package was delivered. It wasn’t. Stop delivering my packages to a nearby business!!! Try reading an address. How do you get hired if you can’t read?! I would think it would be the #1 skill to have to be employed by FedEx.
Filing a complaint and report. This is the 3rd time.

Day Four waiting for my FedEx delivery....the FedEx ground delivery truck pulls up in front of my rural location to deliver my now 4 day overdue delivery and driver tells me that the item IS NOT on the truck...I call FedEx customer service only to be told by someone that can barely speak English that maybe the driver only stopped to sort out the packages in the truck.....No more ground delivery for meI'm over it.Update it finally arrivedPraise Jesus...

Can't follow simple delivery instructions. Will not return phone calls, I waited in the rain for an hour to find out my package went back on truck and will not be delivered foe another 2 days
