Bright and unique color and style choices. Can be overpriced given the quality of certain garments. Staff members are friendly, and maybe too friendly, talking at you while you are browsing, suggesting this cute blouse or that pretty skirt. They also hover closely. It is great to support a local business, though, and they have purses, Knick-knacks and scarves on display.

Beautiful clothing. Staff is fabulous. Owner is a wonderful person. Can't say enough good things about my time spent in their shop.

Can't tell you anything about the store. Heard the owner trying to convince the employee to kick me out because of my medical alert/stability assistance dog. He had a professional trainer and never misbehaves. I would rather not give my hard earned money to people who don't want you in the store because you for having a disabling condition. (She says she just doesn't like dogs. Not exactly the point and apparently she doesn't get it.)

If you are considering an affordable, and well managed company that holds respect for our community, you can go ahead and walk right PAST Folkways!! The shop owner or manager or whatever she is, is very disrespectful, and showed she does not support our Trans & LGTBQ community. She had improperly addressed my friend as a man, and when she corrected her that she is a woman the lady laughed and threw a very sarcastic “yeah, okay” out with a scoff, causing us to leave promptly. Overpriced clothing isn’t worth blatant disrespect! No thanks, Folkways!

Humph. Wanted to buy a dress and a skirt for an 88 year old in memory care in CA but no! No returns if they don't fit. Send photos and measurements they say. Duh but that is not perfect especially for an 88 year old with dementia. Hope when they hit 90 someone is as gracious to them as they have been. How weird is that for a business? Nordstrom’s they are not! I will buy in CA. Phooey on Folkways. ?

WOW! I noticed this gorgeous store from the street....fell in love the moment I walked in. Not even 3 minutes in I found this beautiful colorful scarf I had to have. This is now my new favorite boutique/gift shop in Eugene Oregon. Oh, can't forget to add; The customer service I received from Jennifer aka JEN was outstanding. Definitely a 5 Star Experience!

Such a fabulous women's store! The salespeople were over the top accommodating & definitely knew their inventory as it is packed with beautiful clothing + accessories. We were traveling thru Eugene from San Diego being referred to this shop as I was looking for a dress for my son's wedding. They had soo many & absolutely loved their silk dresses. You won't be disappointed by going the extra mile to stop in Lovely shop with lovely people! Thank you both for all your special attention!
