The worst customer service experience I have ever had and I worked retail for many years. The young woman working, Abby, that said she is the manager of the store should not be working with or around the public. I have been an excellent customer of footlocker for a long time, but I no longer will be shopping there ever again.

As a former manager at this location, I can vouch that from the top of management to their PT sales associates, perform completely unprofessional. They allow underage girls to be harassed at the work place by management staff. If you want to shop with snobby employees and managers that harass women in the workplace, this is the place for you!I’ve worked in several retail management jobs. I can say this is by far the worst. These problems start with the DM & hiring managers covering up activity happening in stores. After reporting harassment & company policy being broken by multiple managers/employees in the workplace to HR, I was targeted by multiple ‘higher ups’.

I go into footlocker to buy my children shoes on a regular basis. I am never greeted upon entry but can see employees playing on their phones. When asking for help with a shoe, I am treated like I’m a bother by employees Abbey & Sophia I think are their names. which one also stated she was the store manager.. this “manager” is by far the worst example of customer service I’ve ever encountered and surely wouldn’t want her representing my store or business. They seemed bothered but standing around talking to one another about partying and their plans after work seemed important. The whole time I was in the store I was uncomfortable by their lack of care for customers. Probably could’ve walked out the door with merchandise and they wouldn’t have batted an eye.

Abbey was the goat. Not only did she gaslight my friend twice into getting different sized socks but we all laughed at him as well. 10/10 experience would absolutely do it again. Should be employee of the month

Expensive. No one ever greets us when we come in which I think is a little weird. If I ask for help, of course they help. But acknowledgment that I've come in to the store would be nice.

I was in footlocker a bit back and no one helped me for like 10 minutes. When I went up to ask for help the girl (that says she is the manager) gave me a nasty look and didn't seem to want to help me.

Terrible service. No assistance was ever offered. The 2 boys working were too busy using their small and poor choice in vocabulary to tell each other a story and the girl working appeared too tired and had no desire to go out of her way to help.

Came in yesterday looking to buy a pair of shorts. Standing there waiting at least 10 minutes for assistance to use the fitting room. The staff were very rude and ignored me the whole time and when I finally asked if I could use the fitting room, he rudely said it's not open. I will not be shopping here ever again.

Poor service by one person named Abbey (not 100% sure thats right) that made the experience poor. Every one else was amazing super nice. She made me not want to buy from this store.

It was fun to look at the shoes but they didn't have the best ones to show. Their clothes are cool and we never really talked to the cashier's.
