Was pointed to this shoe store by a friend who was happy with the service he received, and he wasn't lying. I Bought my first pair of Birk Clogs from here and was expertly sized by both Derek and Yabay. A truly lovely experience!

Nice shoe store in downtown Eugene. They sell men's and women's shoes, but cater more to women. They also offer shoe repair. I've had my sandles repair by them several times. Always happy with the service.

In the past I've had wonderful service and skilled assistance with shoe fittings at this store. It's been a few years so maybe the owners or manager has changed? The two young women behind the desk did not even acknowledge my mom while she waited patiently to ask a question. We finally got the attention of one and asked for a pair of sandals for my teenager. She brought the shoes out and walked away. There was no assistance for getting a good fit or any kind of knowledgeable recommendations. We left and went to Burch's where we received excellent service and spent our money there.
