Formation Self Care Studio provides a supportive and knowledgeable environment for movement and body connection. The studio helps clients learn to exercise appropriately as opposed to aggressively, leading to long-term, manageable routines that can be done independently. Sessions focus on many different facets of movement, body, and mobility stuff, encouraging clients to listen to their bodies. This approach is especially valuable for life transitions, injury prevention, or managing long-term back problems. Courses, such as the Vessel course, are eye-opening and very fulfilling, providing a lot of tools to use outside of class. The instruction is genuinely supportive and encouraging, helping clients see abilities they never realized and how to develop them. The atmosphere is marked by one-of-a-kind humor and many laughs. The studio offers a lovely, supportive, and caring space to work on body stuff, helping clients get in touch with their intuition and develop new skills. The work can change lives for the better.
