Brought my cat in for an appointment to astablish veterinary care. The staff is so nice and friendly. The vet went over everything thoroughly and didn't rush with our appointment. They answered all the questions or concerns we had. It was a good visit. I would recommend them as a great place to take your pets for veterinary services

I’ve been bringing my Italian greyhound to this vet for a year and for months now EVERY SINGLE MONTH (sometimes more). She’s 17 1/2 and it’s expensive to maintain an older animal as you can all imagine. All had been going well until she had to have an ultrasound. I did not like the fact that they had my dog sitting in a crate for 6 and 1/2 hours before the ultrasound team even arrived. Yes I was upset. When I was asked in a survey BY FOUR CORNERS, how my experience was I gave them my review. Then I was asked (again by them) how they can make things better. I then explained what I thought. That was followed by an email from the “office manager” Hannah about how I need to behave and how I need to do this and that. This went back and forth with several messages of me telling Hannah that if she had something to say to me she should have said something and that attacking clients based on their reviews is very unprofessional. Her response to that was to ban me from coming back. Then I tried to make a PAID appointment to speak with the owner and vet Dr Jesse and I was told that it was her choice to ban me and if I come back I will be trespassed and meet with the police. This is all after me being unhappy with the way they handled the ultrasound. I’m a 52 year old woman who has NEVER been in any kind of trouble with ANYONE. These people are ridiculous after treating my dog for so long and taking thousands of dollars and then treating me like a common criminal. What an absolute disgrace. Shame on all of you.

My dogs absolutely love Four Corners. Not only do they love it, I do too! The staff is so friendly and they are so caring for my pets. Definitely my favorite vet I've taken them too. Won't go to any other place. Thank you Four Corners ❤️

I have been a client of Four Corners for a long time. Recently, I went to schedule a visit for my elderly dog and they declined seeing me and closed my account. There were no notifications or concerns discussed w the staff or vet at any time during our relationship there.I am very unhappy for this end of care and would not recommend this clinic due to unreasonable communication or willingness to see my elderly pet.Who does that?

My pets have seen veterinarians at Four Corners for 27 years; from Dr. Tom back in 1996 to current ownership, the doctors, assistants and office staff are a caring and personable group of people.

Linda was very rude and I will not be bring my animal in. Zero compassion from her! She should not be doing this type of job because she lacks compassion!

My kitty gets great care and love here. I appreciate how the techs try and settle his nervousness and tell me that he's a really good boy.

When Dr Tom sold the practice it was very disheartening, we moved to a different practice as it was evident that it was all about money and not your animal, I recently came back and nothing has changed, in fact, they have zero communication between staff, the new practice manager has zero experience with management. Linda portrays to be a dr when in fact she is a CSR according to their website. The Drs are not able to communicate either and refuse to take a call or make a call when their is a problem. I spent 1200.00 dollars for a dental cleaning with a recheck that they cancelled because they terminated me from the practice. They are unable to handle conflict resolution. I would not trust them with your fur baby period. They will not provide the care they promise to provide in the lengthy emails that they provide back and forth. Linda is of the age that if she can't handle customer service that she should maybe work where she doesn't have to deal with people because it is clear she can't.Dr. Katie seemed to be good from what little interaction I had, all of 10 minute may face to face, other than that they communicate via email or text. If this is their new standard of care........ it's pathetic. My dog had bloody diarrhea the entire time she was there and they tried to say it was from being nervous or the anesthetic. She has never had this issue when she has had all the other previous surgeries. So this is concerning. She had it the entire time they did the procedure. I find this odd as well.

The doctors and staff care about their clients. They are professional and will spend the time needed to take care of their clients.
