They're great but they should communicate if they think it's gonna be longer wait than 5 mins. They just let you sit there unknown time when you'll be next. I came twice and still didn't get seen because they don't communicate it's gonna be awhile. It's a bummer.

Easy to find in mall. Place looked clean and did a good job with eyebrow threading. $18 which was a bit expensive but happy with how they turned out. I asked for just clean up and not thin.

I have been here a couple of times. You can book an appointment online but that is useless as it is just walk-in only. The lady who does brow lamination does a good job but from the couple times I have been there it seems there is only one person who can do lamination and its not a guarantee that she will be there. I went in one evening to try and get my eyebrows laminated and she wasn't there so i got them threaded and came back a different day. This time I was able to get them laminated but she needed to thread them more so I had to pay again for threading. Knowing this I would have just waited... Last time I tried to go there on a Sunday I came in and there were two people there. One told me the lamination lady would be there at 1pm so I went home and came back later and she was not there. I signed in and then ended up leaving and going to A1 brows across the street and got them laminated.

I’ve been coming here over 2 years now. A coworker recommended this place. So glad I did because my brows were a mess. Every time I go in I feel like a new person coming out because my brows are always so perfect

I had a great experience getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded yesterday. The girl was so sweet, confident, and did an awesome job. My eyebrows aren't too thin and the shape is great. I wish I remembered her name, I'll be looking for her when I go back.

Always enjoyable! Everyone is so sweet and provides amazing services. Everytime I get my brows and lashes done they look so good. They are also really good at color matching your brows to your hair.

Great customer service! I live in the Washington area and every time I know I’m coming to Oregon. I always stop by. I just love what they do. They do a great job. You can get anything from eyebrow, lamination, tinting, henna, and much more.
