Called to get information on if they had syringes in stock before I drove in or bought them online. The guy picked up and immediately asked me to hold, and then he hung up on me. I tried calling back and no one answered.

I'm not going to try to tank thier reviews, because are upsides and the staff is generally competent and friendly enough... However, there are shifts when you will have an absurdly long wait.... And it's just because of the way they structure some of their shifts.
I was about the 9th person in line when I arrived on Sunday. There was one person at the counter, Even though there were four people on shift. The one person was moving very slowly and having long conversations with customers, acting like they had all the time the world. Everyone in line was getting more and more upset... Including a very pregnant woman. The line started building up longer and longer.
Then When it became apparent if they wanted to close on time and leave, Three of the people went to the counter... And even the guy who was so slow, went into hurry up mode. It was really frustrating. I was there to pick something up for my dad as he's getting older. We are planning on changing pharmacies for him. Because this is not the first time something like this has happened there.
The only reason that they addressed the long line that they allowed to build was because they didn't want it to stop them from going home on time.

Looks understaffed, but even through that, Tia expressed out my cats medication and saved his life. Ill be forever grateful for her kindness. she didn't have to do that.

I've been going here 15 years. They can't answer their phones, my auto refills were canceled for some reason so I asked for a refill online the day before and set a 4pm pick up. It's 2 hours past that and it's not ready. And I can't see why online, so I tried calling- but of course no one picks up. So now I'll drive 30 minutes to see what's going on. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I see the terrible reviews of this pharmacy and can’t help wonder if the reviewers have had to deal with the other local pharmacies. I’ve dealt with rite aid, cvs, and Safeway and by far Fred Meyer has been the best. Not to say they have been perfect because they haven’t but my experience with them has been so much better than with the other pharmacies.

This might be the most incompetent business I've had to deal with. I've had prescriptions filled here for about a year and I don't think I've once had them filled on time. I've now been on hold with them for about 20 minutes to let them know I'm coming in to pick up prescriptions that are a week over due. 1 star is 2 stars more than they deserve

The pharmacy is short start as most businesses. The techs & pharmacist/s do the best they can in dealing with the situation. Although I am not immune to getting frustrated waiting often in long lines, I am grateful for their efforts.

Absolutely terrible, I got a text the day before I went to get my meds saying they were there. I go to get them the next day, I'm told they aren't ready and come back in an hour. I come back after an hour and 15 min and again told there not ready. So I sit there another half hour before there finally ready. You gotta do better.

I have had my prescriptions filled here for 27 yrs and have the reverse experience of all the negative reviews. Of course, during covid everyone was highly stressed and the staff here worked so hard and no one considered them to be human. People can be so demanding. Except for one negative experience in 27 years, the service has always been prompt, courteous, and helpful.
