Tried to call pharmacy and was put on hold multiple times without being offered an option to hold.The worst customer service.I was actually trying to start some business with them, but the staff is totally overwhelmed.Poor management that operates this business. Zero interest in growing the business.

My favorite pharmacy in the area, they dispence usually within an hour of my doctor calling Rx in. Love the automated phone that gives ETA on when it's done. The line moves really quickly when Ive been there.

If you try to call they immediately put you on hold you'll sit on the phone for about 45 minutes then it hangs up they NEVER answer the phone terrible service

Takes days to get refills here. Seems like they are just trying to serve too many people. Pick-up line wait time is also insane. I called before they were open to refill 3 prescriptions and was asked if pick up the next day at 3pm was ok. One of my prescriptions is a rescue inhaler and that is not ok to wait on. I said no and the earliest I could pick up is 3:30. Any other pharmacy I have used has everything ready almost immediately but I have to wait 5 hours here.Edit: I decided to give them another try. Refilled my prescriptions on Sunday. They told me on Sunday that they were unable to fill one of them and to come back Monday. JUST INCASE I waited until THURSDAY to go pick up. Got to the counter and STILL they don’t have my prescription. Do not go here!!!!

Awful! Hangs up on you as soon as it rings through without one word. Then sat on hold for 30 minutes all the way until I physically got to the store. The EMPTY pharmacy had not a concern in the world that they inconvenience their customers. I drove all the way in for them to tell me 2 more hours and to call?!? Ha you kidding me, tried that ALLLLLLL day!

I called twice and someone literally picked up the receiver and set it down on the counter both times without speaking into the phone. I could hear them shuffling around and moving things in the background. Disgusting behavior.

Been coming here for my groceries for quite some time now and would stop by for a beer here and there and Mary, The bartender kicked me out because I was on the phone with my friend and was being disrespectful as if I was speaking to her.. and then two weeks later, I come back in to get more groceries and stop by again she goes. "Are you going to behave this time? Without even saying hi or hello or even dropping the past she is not meant to be in customer service I work customer service at a hotel and I know how customers should be treated. She does not know what she's doing. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not stop by here.

just wanna come on here and talk about mary real quick. mary the bartender, is ever rude. it is not okay to talk to costumers like the way you do. respect the people that are giving the company money. i will not be returning to this one ever again. kiss my ass. thanks. Also I work in customer service too. Am I bartender also. I have never treated someone the way you have. Give the same respect you want for yourself. Fucking gross how it's okay to treat people like that.

Staff here, when you eventually get service, are always helpful. But due to what I can only assume is bad management, you can expect wait times from 5-40 minute's. Normally one person works the counter while 3 people do other things when their is a 10-20 person line. Also they will regularly hang up on you if you call to check on prescriptions.

I used this pharmacy until I moved from Eugene to Klamath Falls over three years ago. I haven’t had a prescription filled there since moving and I’ve been using the Fred Meyer pharmacy in Klamath Falls. The Eugene FM pharmacy has recently taken it upon themselves to automatically refill my prescriptions, going so far as to send refill requests to two of my doctors, neither of which I was even seeing when I lived in Eugene. The first time this happened, it took several visits to the K Falls pharmacy and phone calls to my doctor before we figured out what happened. I called the Eugene FM pharmacy and asked that my information be removed from their system so they do not do this again. The person “helping” me was quite rude, and assured me they would not automatically refill my prescription. They just did.

Fred Meyer pharmacy Eugene on 11th:You do NOT have my permission to automatically send refill requests to my doctors. I have not lived in the Eugene area for over three years and have not used you as my pharmacy in that time. You sent a refill to one of my doctors several weeks ago and it took several visits to my new pharmacy and phone calls to my doctor before we were able to figure out what you had done. I was told on Friday that my prescriptions were ready for pick up. The following day, I waited in line and then they tell me they have to bill insurance first and they can't because a prior Pharmacy filled something that I never picked up, and that I needed to wait while they contacted my prior Pharmacy. I immediately called and cancelled the meds at my prior Pharmacy. I waited in line again and was told to sit and wait 5-10 minutes for them to process it by a very rude attendant. After 15 minutes, they told me they couldn't help me because they can't bill insurance on the weekend and I have to come in again on Monday. When I requested feedback be given, that they don't tell people their meds are ready for pickup if they haven't billed and worked out all the insurance business first, they proceeded to literally argue with me about semantics repeatedly. Then they told me they have no control over what their automated system says! I explained that I didn't get an automated message, that I spoke with a live person and that I request they don't misinform people to pick up their meds when their processing isn't complete yet. The response was a shrug and a head shake no. Besides, they absolutely have control over what their automated system says. All this wasted an hour of my time when I made a special trip there while sick and should have been resting in bed. Very disappointing. Unacceptable customer service.Felicia and Tia on Monday were friendly and helpful! Thank you!
