Generally speaking, I call 2-3 insurance agents any time I am getting insurance. It makes Sense to compare rates, right? Compare who's taking what cut of what payment, what's the least money I can spend for the best deal.
Krystal Bliss is the first agent I called today
She was kind, helpful, friendly, and willing to work around both my individual concerns and the concerns of the bank that technically owns my vehicle. She was flexible, helpful, and fast without making anything feel rushed or hurried, spending time to treat me as a human being, without taking time to make me feel like a piece of paperwork. She gave me clear numbers, the reasoning behind those numbers, and a friendly bit of conversation throughout the process.
Krystal Bliss ended up being the last insurance agent I called today.
Not because I needed to call other agencies, nor because I was rushed for time, but because her kind, friendly, and genuinely personal form of interaction, complimented by fast access to excellent numbers(the best rates I've ever had for vehicular insurance) convinced me that I did not need to call any other brokers.
I hung up the call today with not just an insurance policy, but also a link to a job application, and an aspiration to the levels of conversational and clerical skills demonstrated today by Ms. Bliss.

Krystal Bliss was great- I would def give ten stars if I could 10/10. Probably the best person I've talked to insurance wise... We sat on the phone for awhile until she found rates that were cheaper than the ones I had before.
