Stopped in this market today to see what kind of things they had and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, they’re a little more on the pricey side but honestly, what place isn’t now? You can find things there that you can’t find elsewhere (found a lot of vegan ingredients, snacks, drinks, etc.) and you’re supporting local small businesses. There’s also a deli/cafe.

Friendly Street Market is a fantastic local grocery! They do a great job providing fresh, healthy, and locally sourced items. Plus, their prices are sometimes even better than the bigger stores. Huge kudos to the team for keeping the community stocked with quality goods—highly recommend!

It may look on the outside like a convenience market, but don't be fooled. Their grocery, produce, wine, and beer selections are second to none. And Friendly does not merely capture its street address but perfectly describes its staff as well.

We were in town for one day and had to stop at the Friendly Street Market. We lived in Eugene when it first opened and have good memories of stopping in. The current staff were cheerful and helpful. I was happy to visit again!

I'm visiting the area, and came across this small but good local grocery store. Good selection of staples, and some nice higher end delicacies as well.
