Please convey to your staff that it’s important to be polite and cordial to customers.
I was in there and encountered a super rude employee and I wasn’t close to them so I didn’t get their name. They were unbelievable rude for a business employee and I just feel like it’s really important for businesses to tell their employees that they need to be polite and cordial to customers

I love thrift shopping at Goodwill in the early hours of the day for items for our museum exhibits! Today I was able to score several items on my list. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. The bathrooms are kept locked now and there's a doorbell to press for access that's rather loud, so just be aware the entire store gets an alert if you need to use the restroom. It's good to keep a sense of humor about it lol. Thank you for being such a great community resource!

As I was ending my shopping I saw a manager with a thick accent yelling at a customer who was obviously needing to use the restroom. She asked politely and begged and he crossed his arms and told her to use the bathroom across the street.
It was apparent this young woman wasn’t homeless or a drug user and I witnessed him patronize her. The customer asked for another manager and he continued to follow her and intimidate her, making a whole scene over this young woman needing to use the bathroom. He then made her leave because she said she didn’t want to talk to him. Do better with your managers Goodwill! Not a location I recommend!

Could you please stop spraying the nasty, toxic, chemical, perfume on the clothing? It ruins them. You cannot get the smell out at all. I bought what would have been a nice wool flannel and it is ruined because of the incessant odor from the parfumed spray you all have put on it. I have literally washed it in laundry detergent, dr bronner's,vinegar, vodka and tried to air it out in an effort to rid it of the toxic, nauseating odor from the spray y'all doused it in. At this point I am ready to burn it and I am pretty sure that wouldn't even work. I will not purchase clothing from you anymore. Lesson learned. Oh and also, most of your items are overpriced. So customers pay out the nose for something that is literally unwearable. Great deal.

It’s a great store. However- the employees could be better, there are a few rude people who work here: makes shopping uncomfortable. It’s disturbing when they get designer donations they write on the product with sharper marker- so wrong. Other than that, I enjoy the store.

The staff don't want you there and they don't make it a secret, which is understandable if you have any sort of self awareness as a customer. But still, girl with glasses needs to calm down and stop following me so closely. It's not a good feeling and I surely am not the only one who feels this qay
