Hello I went in for my oil change at this place and everything was going well till I got my key back. It was broken in between my service as myself and my partner both did not break it. It is visible that when u turn the key it cracks in half and no way was it like this before. The man on the phone said they would call me back to figure this out but never did. Please be careful for these people as I was coming to them hoping someone would be honest but nope and never received a call back.

Ordered tires online but online would not let us get them installed before our trip. Called the store and they were able to get us in the next day to get tires installed. Great service.

I’ve been coming to GoodYear on 7th since 2021, throughout the ownership of a few different cars. I love the ease of their online scheduling and upfront pricing. Plus, there always seems to be a great coupon available! I have always felt I’m being provided honest quality work, which as a younger woman getting car maintenance, can’t be said of a lot of car shops. Most recently Andrew helped me. He was very kind and clear, and helped me save some extra money while making an normally unpleasant task actually enjoyable!

My husband got stranded in downtown Eugene with a massive leak. We live 60 miles away and there are no mechanics open on the weekend. Goodyear was super close and open and they went out of their way to ensure that the vehicle was safe to drive home. Super appreciated!!

I can’t speak on their work, but I can speak on their service. I called this morning, and spoke with Andrew. Before even getting the chance to say what is wrong with my car, in a stern voice tells me that he needs to know whats wrong with it, and then GOES TO PUT ME ON HOLD. I used to work reception in a small autoshop, and I don’t know if it’s different in Oregon, but this can be extremely dangerous, for obvious reasons. I will never give my money to a company that doesn’t have it’s customers best interests in mind and urge you to do the same.

I wanted to make an appt. To have my transmission oil checked. It says on their advertisement Goodyear would check it for free. I have a 2007 Ford Sport track. The transmission is sealed so I have to go to a specialist. They told me my truck is to old.

Really kind front desk guy, you can tell the guys in the shop take their time to do a good job. They matched the price I got online from them after staying firm. They didn’t try to upsell me too much either, but they did make sure the things that were actually serious were noted and gave me options. Ladies if you’re looking for a shop for your car come here, YouTube what you need done and read its costs, and stay firm and educated on your needs and prices and they will take care of you right.

These guys are great! Super helpful and for a cost that is feasible. HIGHLY suggest, especially over a gouging dealership price. They were half the cost.

Well they said they could adjust the toe and I brought my truck in and the job they did actually made it worse. Had them do the job on 04/22/24 and I couldn’t even barely drive the truck. I was not able to do highway speeds or anything. Before I brought the truck in, I could drive up to 65 mph and when I left I couldn’t go more then 40 mph. I’m not happy at all.
