Loved the attention to detail! We stayed here for a Ducks BBall game and it was perfect! Great location and friendly staff! Loved the decor too!

Good location, dated hotel, they're selective in who they give stay credits or points. No complimentary breakfast, no microwave in rooms, will keep pushing Corp to choose other point friendlier hotels.

A boomer nostalgic mess? This is some frat version of college (complete with a paddle as decor). The noisy decor excludes other versions of college and therefore off-putting. Unless you are a jock, everything reminds you of what you are not. Not having had the greatest experiences in college with frats, I didn't like the vibe. Also, the walls are as thin as paper so noise comes from everywhere.

Fantastic vibe. Great location!
Rooms: Stayed at the top floor and the view of downtown was fantastic with a huge window to enjoy it

Location is great. Beds are soft, ok if you like soft beds. Great place for big meetings or just to stay when you are in town. Tons of history (sports history). One electric plug in for EVs but it is never available for guests. Even when there is no car plugged in (very rare) then a construction cone is placed blocking others.
Rooms: Fun, attractive but beds were soft.
Nearby activities: So many cool things to do in Eugene.
Safety: Felt totally safe at all times.
Walkability: Close to great shops.
Food and drinks: Bartender takes good care of the guests.
Noteworthy details: Many good restaurants nearby.

I believe the rooms are meant to be kitsch, but the room I stayed in was showing pretty significant wear and tear. Conveniently located downtown. The overall experience is average.

Love the Graduate hotel. Awesome location, lobby, and coffee bar to start your day. Staff is awesome as always.
If you want a hotel with great service, character, and location in Eugene, look no further. Well done!

The staff was amazing. There was a small issue with the 3rd party booking we were using and the staff dealt with it in a quick, efficient, and personable manner. They all deserve to be well compensated.

Decor is cute in rooms and lobby. Pool and fitness area are pretty sad and dirty & dingy looking. The tiny pool looks like algae is stained on it so we avoided it. And there aren't hot tubs. A plus, is the little fitness center had a peloton bike. It's a really small fitness room though. For a "Tracktown" themed hotel we expected a way better pool and fitness center experience. You'd think that would be a big thing there, but it's not.-especially with all the Nike shoes on display & sports decor all over the lobby. The restaurant is good, but it took awhile for someone to notice we were sitting at a table as there isn't a host. So I went up to the bar to let them know we were there. They seemed busy and a little understaffed, but our waiter was great once we got noticed. Staff is nice and friendly at the hotel. Housekeeping was good. I needed to call down to the front desk, but there's an old style phone and no list on which extension to use or how to, so I had to use my mobile, which meant going through the whole message of hotel. The parking garage is fine, but we only saw ONE EV charger. So surprised! I guess if you have an EV, better plan to charge somewhere b/c the one spot was always full. Beds were comfortable and darkening curtains worked great. I did ask front desk for a fan, but no one got back to me about that as the room was warm even when we turned down the temp. The 5th Ave. shops are within walking distance. There are some restaurants over there as well, Nike store, Title 9, gift shops, little market etc. We had a good breakfast across the street at the Jazz place.

Very nice hotel. I like the college dorm room decor in the rooms. Front dest personnel were friendly and helpful. A microwave was available on the ground floor near the lobby. Returant and coffee shop on site. Bar area had a cool vibe with all the sports memorabilia!

Stayed here for a quick trip into Eugene and it was such an amazing stay. The staff were amazing and even upgraded my room since I was a diamond member. The coffee shop and restaurant were great!
Rooms: Very spacious for the King Jr suite.
