My daughter came here with long, tangled, matted hair and Junior was so calm and took his time and really cared about her feelings! He then cut my hair and just was so great!! Thank you so much!!

I come to this particular location because the Manager here is AMAZING and that’s an understatement! She has an amazing staff and not once have I ever felt disregarded as a customer. I’m pretty sure they know who gets to cut my head now by memory and they are still super quick to check me in; AND these employees clearly enjoy their work environment and I always leave knowing I got amazing service and will always be back because they probably make me look better than I actually deserve LoL. SO looking forward to my next cut and all the compliments everyone gives me when I get the C Special ☺️

Have been coming here for a while to get cuts. It's usually pretty decent. Got the worst haircut of my life today and then they wouldnt accept the coupon for some reason either. Pretty disappointed and won't be coming back after that.

She stopped cutting my hair about five times to answer the phone or check in other customers. My haircut is terribly uneven. She did not offer me the option of looking at the back of it. I assume because she wanted me to leave before I saw what she did to my hair.

I walked in after 2 years absence and I waited for 45 minutes while people that it had called in or registered online kept coming in front of me and it kept saying 30 minutes wait. I finally got a haircut. It took 5 minutes and it cost $20 something dollars. It wasn't really a good cut. I'm disappointed and I won't be back.

This was the first time I've ever gone to get my hair done at this location. I went yesterday and the service was amazing. I loved that I was able to put myself on a waiting list and show up when I was up next. (I also received a message for when they were ready for me.) When I got there I probably sat in the lobby for max 5 minutes and then I was up next. The lady that did my hair was quick and she knew exactly what I wanted. I have loose curls and she knew how to style and cut my hair. She cut my layers short and gave me face framing bangs and layers. I wish I got her name so I could recommend her. I was there for not even 30 minutes, I'd say closer to 20, and my hair looks great. The cost for the haircut was $24, I tipped $10. I will be returning in 2 months for when I need a trim and touch up on my layers, and I hope she will be in when I return! I give my experience 10/10. This was my hair immediately after I got it done! (In the photo)
