Glow Yoga is Eugene's Modern Mindful Movement studio. Formerly Hard Core Yoga, we've had a glow up to a brand new, larger, and more elevated studio space in beautiful Oakway Center. Now offering 30 in person classes per week ranging from restorative to intensive and strengthening, there is a practice for everyone.
