Haslip Transmission rebuilt my 6L80 after dealing with the infamous shudder issue, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They use quality parts, know exactly what they’re doing, and made sure everything was done right. The customer service was phenomenal. Brought my Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi to Eric, the transmission was worse off than I thought. He communicated at each step of the way, recommended upgrades for the way I use the truck and had it completed in a timely manner for less $$$ than I was expecting. Just spent the last 9 days hauling my camper from Eugene to the Washington Cascades, east and west sides of Mount St Helens and back over Mount Hood. The transmission worked flawlessly.

Great work and fair price. Would definitely take vehicles for other problems here. Upfront about cost and was pleasantly surprised when it was a much less costly issue what was found. Also gets things done in a very timely manner.

Take it to Eric as Haslip. Better work, better outcome, better service, better price. They know transmissions. I had a more difficult vehicle. Upfront about options, issues, and cost. Was highly recommended, I was not disappointed.

Above and Beyond CUSTOMER SERVICE! By word of mouth Eric was referred to me and I couldn't be more pleased. 2 years after my transmission was rebuilt on my 2010 chevy silverado my warranty had expired and I had some hiccups and Eric made it right even though the warranty was expired. Fast, solution oriented, friendly service.
The way haslip transmissions treats those customer is out of this world. They listen, they prioritize, the get it done with clear intent that they don't stop working the solution until your ride is fixed!
I had things come up that were not foreseen and Eric and his team, said time and time again, We will make it right. I trust them and will be bringing all my business to them, FOREVER! They treated us fair and assured me I wasn't another number but a valued customer. It was like stepping back in time when people treated you like a valued customer.

This headache of a transmission was easily rectified by Eric down to a T for a great, reasonable price, and turnaround was about a 2 weeks, which a week of that was held up by me, dealing with a warranty for the transfer case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Dude is the salt of the earth.

Eric was knew his stuff he found the problem and fixed it in thirty minutes turned out it was only a blown fuse he was very honest about it I wouldn’t have known the difference if he said that it was something more serious I highly recommend this company

Giving 5 stars because I don’t want to hurt the business over one employees actions. Today I witnessed a mechanic driving what I can only assume is a customer vehicle recklessly, passing cars in the no pass lane, and even brake checking another driver. I found out it was an employee because I kept my distance and followed them right back to the shop!
