While trying to source organically and cruelty-free, the first section of Sundance is neatly organized to maximize shelf/bin space. In the coolers you can find Kombucha as well as non-alcoholic beer. In the second section you will find lucious hand selected mostly organic produce. The third section is the hidden gem with a vegan hot bar and salad bar. They have soup and tea and coffee to go in thermal containers. They make a variety of vegan sandwiches in house including Pesto Ch’kun and TLT (Tempeh Lettuce and Tomatoe) At $9.25 for a sandwich, be prepared to spend more to support the values of local business. For those that are frugally minded the hot bar usually has items marked down by 50% at the end of the day.”
