I always go to this home depot. The store has everything you need but often it’s hard to get someone to help you. You can stand in one I offer 20 minutes and no one will come by to see if you need anything unlocked or if you’re looking for something. But when they do come, they are helpful.

Home Depot has never been a place to get any customer service and Seneca has taken it to a new level of arguing with customers and not delivering the product they order not once but twice in a row and thankfully Jerrys Home improvement store on Hwy 99 they have better prices and people that want to help!!!

Went there to purchase a 18 volt brad nailer and a battery. Looking to spend around $200- 250. Asked employee for help to help set me up with products as I am handicapped and in a mart cart. They said 2 were in stock according to their machine. She said she couldn't find them and I should try Green Acres HD. I said thank you and she left the area.
I proceed to trace her steps, found the in the locked up above storage bins and Home depot lost a sale, as I wasn'tgoingtoask anotheremployee for help. Poor customer service ?.

Went in to buy 4 different colors of paint, the staff were friendly and helpful with answering my questions. They were able to mix up the paint for me right away.

I bought several gallons of $75 a gallon Behr paint last year any different location than the Seneca Road location and I simply needed them shaken up so I can finish my painting project. Because they had been sitting around for a year unopened, I needed them to be shaken once again. I approached the woman at the counter and told her what I wanted she scoffed for a second and then I showed her they were paid for and she goes. Oh, it’s a different store. With an attitude. I asked her if this was a problem and she quickly tried to backtrack and then tried to explain to me that It’s a good thing I had the labels on them so they wouldn’t charge me again as if I’m stupid . She didn’t put my paint in the shaker and told me it be a couple of minutes and I told her I was gonna walk over to Garden for a minute and she’s like oh it’s gonna be just a minute or two with haste. I don’t want an attitude when I go into any store especially a store. I spent thousands of dollars at. And this isn’t the first time that an employees been very rude to me at the same location. I told another employee about it so hopefully something will be done about the attitude.
Maybe give them the definition of being a decent human being. Constant disappointment at Home Depot.
