I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! Keep up the good work, Seneca Rd Eugene Home Depot!

Zero stars in more appropriate. The dishwasher I ordered was not delivered because they did not call the correct number. They left earlier than they noted as the manager was on site before they said they left and no one was there. Horrible service. So not recommend. I would pay extra to go anywhere else.

I am a disabled veteran and frequent shopper at Home Depot. As of 2022, they no longer give veteran discounts by showing an ID card. They now require a QR app on your cell phone. So if you do not own a cell phone you are out of luck. QR codes have personal information and this info can be leaked. I will never shop at a HD store again, NEVER.

I had the most disappointing visit to HD yesterday. I had looked up patio heaters online, said there were four in stock. I drove from Cottage Grove to Seneca and asked about location of propane patio heaters at the front entrance. I was given a vague idea of where to go. I hauled the big flatbed cart over to the area, went up and down aisles. Dropped the cart and headed off to look for a sales person. I walked clear across the store again before I found someone. He assur

I have been working with Home Depot to order custom sliding closet doors since the first week of November. Since these doors are not off the rack an outside company, Craft, was required to come to my home to take measurements. Today I was provided the cost for the doors, installation, etc. which I paid for in full. I was then told that installation would not be available until January......that's 6+ weeks from now. Really!! This is just an idea but maybe you would want to retain more than one company for installation orders so that your pledge to provide fabulous customer service is one customers actually experience.

Last week I placed an order with Home Depot, I'd planned a curbside pickup but they were super busy and I wasn't able to wait because I had an appointment. I received a call from an employee when she couldn't find me - I explained I had to leave, she apologized profusely (not necessary, but extremely kind) and said she'd give me a discount for my trouble. No biggie, I was just being lazy & didn't want to mask up to go inside. I didn't give it another thought. After my app

No biggie, I was just being lazy & didn't want to mask up to go inside. I didn't give it another thought. After my appointment, I went in & picked up my purchase not giving the discount another thought, figuring she was just saying that. Today, I started folding the bag to recycle and noticed a piece of paper in the bottom - I pulled it out and it was indeed an extremely generous discount and sweet note. Took me a few minutes to figure it out, but once I did I went on line & took that survey singing praises to the amazing employee! What an awesome unexpected surprise. Love my local Home Depot on Seneca. Thank you Lauren.

I've become accustomed to home depot agents who do not know their products or what is generally available. I've e even gotten used to being passed by when I am obviously looking for help. But today was such bad service i have to note it. I was looking for 2 rolls of wire fencing. My guy had shopped them the day before and had taken pictures of exactly what we wanted. We were on that side of town so we stopped at the Seneca store. The rolls were not on the floor. I looked up and there was a pallet of the rolls we were looking for. I checked the sku number against the photo. Perfect match. But no cubby on the floor for them so maybe they weren't being sold. He wanted to leave. As we were walking out, on an end cap were rolls of fencing and an empty cubby. Same sku, same price as across town. I flagged down a young man, said, I want this wire here, pointing at the price tag. He told me they were out. I said, nope, its over there. He rolled his eyes, checked his computer, six in stock. I pointed said, yup, up there. I want 2 rolls. He and his buddy got out a forklift, brought down the pallet, dropped it in front of the cubby and left. I stood there, looking at a bundled up pallet. Was I supposed to cut the ties and unload it? My guy left. He was so pissed he will NEVER go back there. Which is a pretty big loss of revenue, he picks up supplies for his boss's construction projects almost daily. I found another guy to open the pallet and give me the wire. But really, only go to the seneca store if you want to be condescended to and otherwise treated poorly

I would rather drive the 15 minutes to the other Home Depot on green archers then 3 min down the road this store! This the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I walk in the other day to get a sample of paint for my wife and the lady behind the paint desk is working as I'm looking for the paint, I find it walk up the counter and she says " sorry going on break" and walks off . "My replacement is over in appliances." I start to walk over there and ask someone, they are already helping someone so I decide to wait by the paint counter. I'm sure he will call someone to come help he just busy right? NOPE! I wait for about 5-10 min with a four year old no less and I can't find seem to find help. I'm walking with my kid all around paint looking for someone ( thank god she was behaving). Then I see a women and I kinda yell to get attention and she comes over with a smile and I ask for just a few little samples and she had enough attitude to roll her eyes at me. I'm sorry am I putting you out by buying a few samples? Got my samples and GTFO of there ASAP. I wish I could remember there names.
