I just got ripped off. I've loved supporting this gas station in my neighborhood. Not anymore. In fact I'm posting on next door and calling my credit card company. Sketchy Rude intimidating 2 men who worked there. Frightening experience. 14.79 per gallon for regular gas, the car wash did not work and I was laughed at when asked how much per gallon because it did not show on the receipt. My car was receipt ticket was scrunched up and thrown on the ground. The pump guy was rude as hell. I deserve an apology as does anyone. Im planning on making this a public issue if it is not resolved.

asked for a small amount of regular and the employee just didn't listen to me and filled up to the max and this is literally the 2nd time this happened. They won't refund you. I'm fucking poor and can't be forking out $60 for gas right nowFuck this place.

I haven't been at this gas station for years but I live close by to it now. When I went there I had to ask how much the gas is & when I asked the attendant why it wasn't posted I was told the city of Eugene doesn't allow them to post it. What????? Why is it only this gas station - I have never heard of such a thing in my 60+ years!!

3-10-2021. Please read this and go out of your way to fill-up at least one time at this station. I am writing this because my GF's 40 y.o. daughter has been living in her car for two months now. She works TWO part-time jobs so she is not a slacker. Her rental ended and she was unable to locate anything in time as supply is down and prices of rentals way up. Point being: the amazing and wonderful people at Catholic Community Services gave her a food box (she uses and shares food given to her). In passing she mentioned her circumstances to them and the fact of needing gasoline more than food at that moment. They gave her a gasoline card for $20 at HP Gas on 18th and Willamette (!!!!). I noticed many reviews complaining about "price". That is so unfair. Gasoline today was $3.20 there and $2.75 at Costco. But.... it is $3.20 at a LOT of stations today. Then... consider the expense of the downtown location and the convenient car wash. Please go get a fill-up and a car wash there. Please tell them you are there because you read about an act of charity on their part. Thank you very much.

terrible lmao, expensive gas and the car wash scratched both my cars. 0 stars for sure - could be replaced with literally any other gas station and it'd be an upgrade

As a rule I try to be an easy going person, but this place makes that very hard. I went there and was getting gas, which was crazy expensive by the way but I really needed some, one of the attendants started hitting on me then became frustrated when I didn't reciprocate and didn't give out my number. They give out a free car wash but I wouldn't recommend it, pretty sure my car was dirtier after the "wash". Really disappointed.

The State of Oregon requires consistent fuel price signage for gas stations, ONLY IF they are posting the fuel price. They intentionally do not post the price and the gas is 50-60¢ more than the next closest competitors. Yes, they throw in a pretty crappy carwash for a fill up, but still...not worth it. Gas is gas. Better to go nine blocks south on Willamette to the Chevron, which as of yesterday 62¢ per gallon less expensive.

This place has an owner that chooses the most expensive synthetic oil to put in my car never asking or mentioning that I had a choice it was $12.00 He could have put in the SAE 5/30 for like $5.00 that the Toyota dealer has been putting in it it's whole life. Then the guy insists that that's the only correct oil to according to the manufacture ? Seems odd they never mentions synthetic oil before. Guys just acts like I've insulted him. So we pop the hood and read it together it has 2 options ref 5/30 or synthetic 0/20. He just sticks to his first rant which we now have proven to be false. Hey Mr owner how about a little sorry about that or anything kind. Nope just sticking to the $12.00 oil. Not my first choice for anything car. One star is just a .0

In 2015 I was a few blocks from this gas station after dropping my daughter off at a lesson nearby. My car ran out of gas while waiting in the parking lot for the lesson to be over so I walked with my other children to this gas station with $14 to my name (payday was in two days). I talked to a gentlemen who seemed to run the place and he gave me a plastic gas jug to buy for $12. I politely explained my situation, that I had all my kids with me and only $14, would he please give me a discount or a little extra gas, because $2 of gas wouldn't get me home. He replied with, "Well I have kids to provide for too." And rudely sent me on my way. He wasn't even kind, but mocked me. I cried quietly the whole walk back to my van, and knew I'd never give business to them again. I expected more customer service, even if they didn't give me a few dollars discount, at least be kind. I ended up running out of gas again close to a Chevron on the way home, but this time I had my sturdy $12 gas can and was blessed with $5.

I've lived in Eugene for two years and always had friendly, fast service at this location.

If I could give them no stars I would. Went to get the car wash that I paid for and it proceeded to not work twice and the owner kept telling me it was my fault? It wasn't I did as the wash told me. Won't be returning ever, want to support local business but not when I'm treated like crap.

Great service, friendly folks, dog biscuits.Coffee kiosk right there. Expensive gas is the only bummer. Free car wash kind of offsets that. If your car's dirty and your dogs are hungry, it's a good deal.

This is the only gas station for quite a radius and is in a busy location. Unless you are low on fuel, go elsewhere! For as long as I have lived in Eugene (15+ years), this gas station has committed the same shady practice. Here's the scam: they don't show their prices and they charge you about $.50 more per gallon than the norm. I am not sure how they get away with this, but they do.
