Booked an appointment for 10 am 2 days earlier went in didn't even have my appointment in their books. It wasn't on their schedule. It even rescheduled me for 11 am one hour later for the same day prior to coming in and it's still was not in their system! 1 out of 10 do not recommend until they get their system fixed!? They just told me to reschedule at a different location.

Ask for Debbie to do your taxes. She also goes by Deborah. Debbie will find everything for you to gain money. This was my first time using Debbie and now I will only use her!

Walked in this morning, was greeted by very unfriendly person, never smiled once. I was standing over 6ft away from her, she reaked of cigarettes,,,,horrible. Next, they tell me nobody is available here or at any other locations nearby. I ended up doing it myself online with TurboTax in an hour, I would never step into H&R again!!!

Fantastic and encouraging experience! As a first-year independent contractor is was very daunting to make sure I had everything. Last year I had Rebecca, and she was fantastic! This year I worked with Carmela, she is an absolute sweetheart and very patient, I feel lucky to have had her help through this process! Look forward to the next visit
