Ron came to our place of business for a delivery and ended up helping our whole department get our chairs adjusted and ergonomics on point. He didn’t have to take the time to do that and it was very much appreciated that he offered. I can say that after he left, there were zero complaints the remainder of the day about the chairs! Ron and his crew were fantastic. We were able to get 4 beautiful cherry office sets for a fraction of the retail price with delivery and set up. Upon delivery we realized that one desk didn't perfectly match the others so Ron was able to order and replace the hardware to give a cohesive look to the office. I am very happy with the quality of the items and I look forward to purchasing more from Indoff in the future.

I was really wanting to get a stand up desk to improve my work from home situation. Ron was professional and timely about helping me find a stand up desk that would fit my needs, it looks and feels like new, but he was able to work with me on a budget and find me something preowned, but looking like new- perfect for what I was needing! Ron was very helpful and friendly! After testing out the demo chair he recommended it was very hard to sit in anything else while I patiently waited for my own chair to arrive. 10/10 would recommend. Although, I will add this disclosure: My company purchased my chair, I have no idea what it costs but it does have a warranty and I expect it to last a very long time. Here is my beautiful chair! It has all the adjustments I could ever need and a great lumbar support. I even got to choose the fabric covering it. I love this but if you want to be BOLD Ron has those options too :) Overall it was an excellent experience. It was very eye opening to have my work space analyzed for ergonomics and now I definitely think twice about how I sit, look at my screen and work at my desk.

Ron was just the ticket for my office chair! I work as a system admin; meaning I spend hours in front of dual monitors. It was time to upgrade my seating. I didn't want a cheap chair from the office supply store; been there done that. So I found Indoff and Ron, someone who actually cares about the quality of the furniture and the suitability for the person. I ended up spending MORE on a solid and functional office chair, but love it. It feels good, gives me lots of adjustments and support including a high back (I am over 6'-2" tall); and is beautifully finished from top to bottom. Ron is careful to recommend what works, and will continue to work, for you. If you want to upgrade your office chair, or desk, give him a call.

Ron was super helpful and responsive, he let me come to the warehouse and try out sitting in different office chairs. He was very knowledgeable about ergonomics and adjusted the chairs to my body, helping me pick one that worked for me. It was very tough previously trying to find a chair online that was ergonomic and would fit someone of my size (5 ft), and Ron was great! He kept me in the loop about when my chair would arrive after it was ordered, and followed up to make sure I liked the chair. I found Ron to be very helpful, friendly, and communicative. And I LOVE the chair I ended up with, it feels great!! Makes a world of difference.

When looking for a new ergonomic task chair (my old one always gave me back pain), I called several furniture stores in Eugene. They weren't very impressive and had very little inventory. Ron Swanson of Indoff met me at his warehouse and showed me several very comfortable chairs. He is an ergonomics expert and fitted me for the zero-gravity chair I eventually bought. It's wonderful. The price was reasonable given the quality of the American-made chair. I recommend Indoff and Ron Swanson very highly.
