Absolutely terrible gym and staff. Constantly raised my price and when I'd go in to ask why they'd drop me down for a month, say they'd refund me, then wouldn't and raise my price again. Started at 30 and now is trying to charge me 69.99 a month. Terrible equipment for actual lifting and a bad atmosphere for getting a workout in. Definitely check your bill if you work out here. At that price you could start a home gym and have better equipment.

Staff for sure earn 5 star review! I have been going to a Delta/Westcoast fitness (that gym) before they were Golds Gym over 15 years ago. Not the newest equipment but friendly staff makes up for it. New management is lucky that they keep a lot of the staff that has worked there for years who know members by name and is always friendly. Kudos to Delta staff!

Definitely one of the best gyms in Eugene. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was visiting home from college for 10 days and they were able to get me a pass for a good deal. Great atmosphere with friendly people all around

What a laughably bad website, you basically just bought a domain and then threw a random template on there. The join now link just sends you to a fake gym sign up site in Orlando. According to other reviews they don't honor the personal training listed online probably because they can't be bothered to remove it from the template. Hilarious.

Do not ever use this gym. Besides the absolute lack of cleanliness, it took 5 attempts to cancel my month to month membership. They continued to charge me until i finally had to cancel my card. They have no confirmation system setup and the employees appear to be told to lie to the customers. Beware the manager, he runs that place at his discretion. I'm hoping the owner sees this and makes an attempt to fix this. Though after some digging it sure appears that this is how this gym is just ran.

When I joined, I was required to pay first and last month dues. Later, canceling took numerous attempts as 800 number didn't work. Finally, I got hold of someone in India who said my last month would be deducted from my bank account, despite my receipt that clearly shows I paid my last month when I joined. Tho' the gym staff promised to refund my double payment directly, the point is they are aware of this glitch but don't fix it. It seems shady to set your system to overcharge, then require a customer to actively notice and make multiple calls to get their money rightfully returned.

Can you guys hire a cleaning and maintenance crew? The woman’s bathroom lights have been out for a month and the group classroom floor is dirty.

I have been a loyal gym member, but in 2020 when the closed down, they continued taking my money. It was a whole deal to get them to stop taking my money although they were closed. I understand bc of the pandemic but personally I believe it's wrong bc many people were affected financially and were laid off. After a few months I was able to get my membership canceled, but never refunded for the time the gym was closed. Now in 2023 some reached out to offer me a free 10 day pass. Since they texted me, I assumed they knew I was a past member. Otherwise, how else would they have my number? I was actually looking forward to giving it another try. But when I came in, an employee said it was a typo and it's actually a 7 day pass. I thought, Ok, thats fine. Im grateful. Then it became a 1 day pass.. Then they asked who texted me, and said sorry, its actually not a promotion that applies to past members and sent me out. Idk what kind of place treats people so rude. If you're going to do a promotion, be chill about it. Maybe say, " welcome back, or, nice to have you back."? I mean, idk why else they would text me if I wasn't a past member. How else would they get my number. Idk. Overall, rude. Happy I didn't give them another chance.

My son called to cancel his membership in January because of moving out of state, and today they took out another payment straight out of his bank account without his knowledge. There was no communication that this would happen, and they happily canceled his membership. I will retract this post if this crooked company returns his February payment. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Wasted my time. Their website is deceiving and advertises to “schedule a free personal training session” when that isn’t the case at all. When I asked for clarification from the gym staff they said they wouldn’t honor this promotion even though it is highlighted on their website. I’ve never worked out at an official gym before and am unsure how to go about it. I was anticipating an experience in which I was given some guidance throughout the process, however that’s not the case with Delta Fitness. Save your money and just go to Planet Fitness.

I used to come here when it was International Fitness, it was a completely different environment. This place is ten times cleaner, the members are respectful, aware and I always get greeted here with a smile. The whole vibe is a positive one.

Overcrowded and deteriorating equipment. I've been going to this gym for years --even when it was "international fitness". Since then, it has steadily gone downhill, but the price has increased ($40/month). It has two bench presses, one squat rack, and a deadlift platform. It also has some power racks which can be used for squats, but have no safety mechanism (at the bottom). During weekdays at peak time a Crossfit "class" of ~9 members shows up and righteously appropriates of the power rack and other equipment even blasting their own music with a bluetooth speaker. As other reviewers have mentioned the equipment is old --the dumbbells, the cable machines, etc. There seems to be more focus on classes and CrossFit than on having good gym equipment. In sum, a gym that tries to appeal to the elderly, CrossFit trainees, and everything in between and fails miserably at it.

Toggling btwn 2/3 stars I'll go 3 because the staff are always kind, the bathroom is pretty clean & there's always parking. Not a lot of classes but enough and the yoga instructor does a great job of riding the line between beginner and advanced.However- The 2 would be bc the eternally broken and glitchy equipment kills my workout momentum & THAT'S the reason I joined the damn gym. There's 2 sets of Machines downstairs & plenty of free weights but there are significant issues:There's a stair master that tried to kill me (no stop switch and started on race pace when I stepped on it- threw me)The incremental weight adds on many machines seem to be permanently broken so I'm never going get from 45 to 60 without going straight there.Otherwise, it's close to my house and I get there.

Hopefully management sees this and can order some more cleaning equipment and sanitizer for the gym since you are usually out as well as train your staff to not lie to customers.

I actually like this gym, but the manager is a smart ass. I told him one day that a couple of the cardio machines were out of order and he said to me yeah we're probably not gonna fix those. Then I asked him if he could help me with the machines and he told me he wasn't a mechanic. I went upstairs and found the restart on one of the machines and it worked out just fine. Why couldn't he have tried that instead of being so rude? He never looks at people when they walk in and I would guess that he's really pretty bored with his job.
