Interpath Labs sent me to collections without notifying me. They stated they sent me a letter in March of 2022. I was making monthly payments with them and then they sent me to collections 4 months later in July of 2022. I responded to all their inquires and made monthly payments. They made an error and a correction would be much appreciated.

Super quick and efficient office, with friendly staff. They handled the blood draw quicker and easier than anyone in the past. We did a 5pm walkin and had the results by 10am the next morning. The best!

Late on a Friday night, after my Doctor's office and myself were treated dreadfully by Quest Diagnostics Lab, my Doctor's office found Interpath Labs to do my blood draw that was urgently needed for diagnosis by my Doctor. They were such a miracle for me and I was so much in need. I have kidney problems and I was dehydrated which makes blood draws difficult. I was caused serious pain by a phlebotomist from Quest last month (she yelled at me for crying in pain while she hurt me) and then this happened Friday night. I'm really glad Quest refused to draw my blood even though I had an appt and was preregistered. Quest said they couldn't find the doctor's orders that were faxed and confirmed on Wednesday so I would have to wait until after they took care of all the walk-ins waiting in the lobby who are not guaranteed service like I was. I'm so glad my Doctor's MA found Interpath for me. Interpath Lab's family owned business took care of me like I was a member of their own family. I'm so grateful for the phlebotomist Laura. She was respectful, kind, gentle and skillful in the blood draw. It was completely painless because of her excellent and patient technique. I have to have regular draws of my blood so I'm very thankful to know in the future I can be confident of my blood being drawn compassionately and efficiently. I was welcomed with open arms at the last minute on a Friday night with the same joy and pleasure that I might have been shown first thing on a Monday morning. Do yourself and your community a favor and do business with Interpath Labs.

I'm new to the area and was needing blood work done for my neurologist After two unpleasant experiences at Quest diagnostics I decide to try Interpath. The difference was quite notable. I felt very at ease and both the desk clerk and the phlebotomist were professional and I will use Interpath in the future. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't know how there service is because they are not open when stated on website, flyers and phone voicemail. I had to fast to get my accurate testing completed. I went in there starving, nervous and anxious to get this test completed only to find out from another individual that they are NEVER there until 9am...they state EVERYWHERE they are open at 8am. I lost time, gas money and time from work to get NOTHING accomplished! WON'T BE BACK.

Most painful blood draw I think I've ever had and I have had probably around 40. Dysfunctional and disorganized staff. We had to wait over an hour with a two year old and they completely missed another person on the list that had to wait ages also but still got to go ahead of us when we were there at least 20 minutes before her. Now just got a $50 bill for the draw fee that I already paid when I was there and have to deal with customer service, will probably have to send in my receipt, etc to get it removed from the account. Will NEVER go back.

Dog friendly, plenty of parking, large waiting room with flatscreen TV, pleasant staff, cold air conditioning and there was nobody there on a Tuesday afternoon. Today was my first visit at Interpath Lab in Coburg. My veins are very small and drawing blood from me can be an adventure. The phlebotomist who worked on me this morning was absolutely incredible. She got me the first time and the entire procedure was absolutely painless. I will certainly recommend this lab to all my friends. Thank you!

people are great but the insurance verification is not so great. I got an allergy test done and it was over $200. I cannot be the only Blue Cross Blue Shield patient who was gone through interpath Labs doors to get a peanut allergy test done. I believe they should have known that this insurance company does not cover that. They should have asked me if I wanted this test done since it would not be covered. Now I have to Fork out over $200 for an allergy test result. The interpath corporation is not willing to come down on the price, they can only take payments. But they were super nice! They need a little sign next to the person doing Insurance verifications that this test isn't covered call the patient!
