The sales associates followed us around as if we were thieves. Especially the older woman. She gave an air of snob that was a bit pathetic for a factory store.

Conservative and boring. But if that's what you're into, they're having a big 60% off sale for Memorial day. I felt like I needed deck shoes and a picnic on my sailboat after leaving this store. This is for very cookie cutter type people and fans of Legally Blonde. Lots of pink and checkered fabrics.

Despite the fact that ya can't beat these prices, the service sucks. Rude. Unhelpful. Unpleasant. Service with a grudge. Totally killed the good vibes. If I were corporate I'd fire them all and start fresh.

I don't really shop very often - these ladies were very attentive and polite. I had the most help I've had compared to many stores. Good selection for adults and kids. Prices are a good discount compared to their normal line.

Sales associates were extremely helpful. Was shopping for jeans and asked for their assistance finding my sizes and style. Asked for feedback on how the jeans looked/fit on me and could tell the girl helping me gave her honest feedback and opinion. Store was also impressively tidy and organized. Great merchandising. Great customer service. If the jeans wear well, I will be back to purchase more when needed.

Can't rave enough. Great staff on September 10th Tuesday late morning. Helped get my husband interview clothes while we were on vacation. So helpful without being pushy like other stores. Even shipped something out of stock in store to our house out of state! Thank you!
