VERY CLEAN! Plenty of working washers & dryers and a WORKING change dispenser. The price was VERY reasonable especially for the cleanliness. The clientele was polite, and laundry moved quickly through the cycle from wash to dry ??⏲️ I spent about an hour and half with the whole process. Brought my book, journal, and caught up on some Classic Car ? ?

Wow this place has gone downhill. Half the machines are broken, half don't support the Bluetooth pay-on-your-phone feature (which used to be my main reason for coming here). Clientele is super sketch and it's always dirty now, both of which weren't the case in past years. Please get it together, JC's.

I came here and the place was almost empty which was nice. I couldn't how expensive it was. About $8 total for soap, wash and dry.

the machines will clean your clothes just okay enough (although other mats have better machines that get my clothes cleaner). when i went last night literally half the washing machines were broken including both of $4 machines that i usually use. can yall please at least do minimal maintenances? also they absolutely do need to keep their bathrooms unlocked for their customers. i mean most people will be here a good hour or more. most mats around eugene offer some kind of ambiance or convivence. one on 11th offers free coffee and another offers free clean green detergent. both have available bathrooms. i am only coming here because my car is broke down at the moment.

This place gets worse every time. Half the machines don't work at any given time, the place is typically filthy and didn't used to be, there's black mold in the soap cups, etc. A place to go out of necessity only - if you have options, go somewhere else.

The washer machine I used in particular didn't seem like it filled up with much water because my clothes were still kinda dirty, and I use detergent with color safe bleach..

The app you use to pay for washers can be a bit laggy and takes some getting used to. This laundromat is otherwise clean and never too busy when I go in on weekday mornings. I like the variety of washer/dryer sizes, especially the industrial size washer/dryer for when I'm coming in with a few weeks of laundry

This was my first time ever in a laundromat & I cannot really complain about my visit... My only personal issue was my washer got stuck on 1 minute/door lock for quite some time but I called the help number & got assisted over the phone promptly. No bathroom so be prepared. No outlets so be prepared. Good service so be prepared.

Mostly good experience here. The dryers are great! Except this dryer (#42) in the picture. It accepted my quarters, the time ticks down, but it doesn't start up. Not sure how to reach management. Phone call went to a voice-mail that was full.

My favorite place for laundry but if you see me there I'm already taking up every washer and then every dryer. No mercy! ?

Nice place to sit and do your laundry with all the amenities you might require in walking distance.

There is no bathroom, no where to charge your phone. You can pay using an app on your phone. There is also a change machine. My towels and also a load of sheets smelled last time despite using bleach and a top loader. The rest of my clothes came out okay. Today towels washed ok but took twice as long to dry. Attendant gave my a few quarters when they came out of the dryer wet. The location helps. Other laundromats that I have used are close to west 11th and constant stream of weirdos hanging around. This one seems to have alot less of that.

First time there & it was clean & tidy. One of the big commercial washers ate my quarters, there's a posted phone number & the manager met me the next day to refund my quarters. Nice selection of big commercial washers and smaller top load units.

Second time in a row that I found a homeless person sleeping (the same mask-less male) INSIDE the locked laundromat. I mean C'mon man this is business 101, if you can't make sure your establishment is empty before you lock the doors then you shouldn't be in business. What a shame as I must now go back to the other laundromat that I stopped using because of the mask-less homeless person smoking inside.

Tons of washers and dryers. Their kept clean. Cost per load is pretty decent. I wish they would circulate air inside better because the smell of laundry detergent and such is overpowering and will give you a headache.
