This is an unethical company that advertises themselves as the opposite. They have been extremely unethical with their credit card scheme. I have tried to pay and complete all business with them 3 times and they still act is if they haven't gotten payment and keep charging me. It's really unbelievable.

I always have the greatest experience here. Wendy and her crew are so knowledgeable and helpful. I never leave feeling like I was “sold” an item, but more like I shopped with friends. J Jill makes going to Valley River worth it!

Worst shopping experience EVER‼️ First I was accosted by the mask monitor. She proceeded to stock me through the store, every time I picked up an item she would come and ask me would you like for me to put that in a dressing room for you? I enjoy an attentive sales associate, but sometimes you have to let people just be… Then when I went to pay for the items I had selected, there was issues with my card going through. I provided my ID so they could verify my information, address etc. That issue got resolved but I was still unable to purchase the items. I was told by the manager at this point to come back tomorrow & try again...I politely said, “I won’t be back, I’m done”. This whole interaction had taken an hour. I cut up my J. Jill card , said thank you but I won’t be back. It gets better...my employee went in to find a gift for me & they told her they knew exactly who she was shopping for. When I went in to exchange the items, I was told, “sorry all sales final” with a snicker. In the past I’ve worked for Dillard’s & Nordstrom & pride myself on providing excellent customer service. What a disappointment on all levels....5?????

DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH A DISCRIMINATORY COMPANY. Went shopping yesterday looking for a top for Christmas pics on sunday. I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT REQUIRED ME TO WEAR A FACE SHIELD NOT A MASK! Walked into the store about a little over half way and an older woman with short lighter hair and I believe glasses asked me if she could help me find anything. I told her I was just looking for something that jumped out at me. Then she asked if I had a mask. I told her my doctor said I'm not to wear a mask. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't allow me to shop in the store. So I walked out completely shocked that discrimination fir disabilities are now allowed in this country esp since these masks are a mandate not la . Governors cannot make laws only state legislators. I have never had anyone say anything since it's a face covering, well within the mandate. Will be hiring an atty.
