I can't believe what just happened to me at This Jackson's gas station and food mart. I've just been to the dump and I am sort of tired from a long day. Somehow when I was paying I paid with my debit card and somehow left my wallet laying wide open right in the front part of their counter. Literally anyone could have taken it. Even the people that work there could have taken it. I was out in my car sitting for a minute trying to order my family's dinner and about 10 minutes after I was in the store this amazingly kind beautiful woman with long hair that works at the store came out and asked me if I had my wallet. I was like huh? Yeah and I look in my purse and no I don't have my wallet. Duh. I left it in there. And this woman that works at Jackson's was kind enough to not only find my wallet, keep it safe, but then she saw me in the parking lot and came and got me. I'm still stunned. Slightly embarrassed because I had no cash to give her a little bit of a reward and there's no bank machine. But I just really wanted to leave a very positive feedback for her and the guy she has working with her. Wow what amazing customer service! I'm so grateful!

Had my oil light go on and pulled in with a bit of a panic. I got so much help and kindness from the staff, and a nice place to wait for the tow truck. Could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Stop by here to get our last bit of gas before heading out of town. Teresa was awesome. She pumped our gas and told us about the cool coffee machine that they have and how you can get a cup of coffee with a free banana. The service was great. The gas prices were great 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location and ask for Teresa

Night shift Cashier at Jackson’s gas station by moon mountain is so scared to be working with money, scared to hand customers change back to where he is literally throwing change, I am sorry he look musty has dirty hoodie on. basically dropping money instead of respectfully handing change. Even a spoon he dropped it, like what are you scared of, or it’s something else …Jackson’s owner needs to put him in the office and not be a cashier, Sorry, I don’t like to judge people but this guy. I feel sorry for him, he hates his job.Hate to give even 1 star.

I stopped in on my road trip home and had absolutely amazing customer service at the pump and inside the store! Super friendly, super clean restrooms, and my favorite kind of ice!

Late night dog walk led us to Jackson’s Food Stores. One of the few places I’ve managed to find a red apple Snapple. Jackpot!! Chicken Caesar wraps and a free banana completed our to-go meal. Thank you for the free banana. Yummy!

1 would think a store would put more concern out for it's customersNot only was there no sanitizer dispensers anywhere in the store they also laughed when I asked if they sale itCovid is still going around and now with Monkey Pox supposedly floating around I'd think they would put the customers health as a higher priority

Passing through town on my way to a fire.Filled up my tank. Went into use the bathroom and just wanted a cup of coffee. No coffee and not to mention the cashier very much didn't care. I don't think you took his face out of his phone the whole time

We’ve all stopped at convenience stores. We’ve all been less than impressed by the cleanliness. Well, I was impressed by this one. So much so that I am posting a positive review. The restroom and the beverage bar were immaculate! The rest of the store looked to be the same way. Keep up the good work!!
