I can’t remember the name of my cashier. But at around 11:35am on December 6. I’d had a hard night and rough morning. The energy of my cashier was not only friendly and helpful. But the infectious smile brought warmth to my day. It even sparked a little joke out of me and as we both giggled I was reminded how important human connection is. How good energy can uplift those around you and it also brought awareness to how my energy was potentially having the opposite effect. I hope this review gets back to that person. I want them to know how much that short and simple interaction inspired and uplifted my day. Thank you. Thank you for being your authentic self and sharing warmth and kindness to strangers. You are what is right in this world. Much love🫶

After Christmas time I was looking for a shell station and learned that Jacksons was not an actual "Shell" station so I could not return a blanket I bought at a Shell. SHAY & CAYDEN helped me anyway and purchased the beautiful blanket from me themselves! OVER AND ABOVE customer service!!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. This gas station is the worst in town, for sure. Every time I come by there is only one gas attendant, even though if you look inside there are multiple workers just standing around doing nothing, like hello, come help your outside gas person! Seems the staff are just lazy. Only good thing about this station is Mike, when he’s the attendant he is always chipper and giving my doggo attention and cookies. Also Josh is nice at the counter. Do NOT recommend using this station, unless you need to.

I was racially profiled and they asked to check my paper bag from a hair supply store. I was with. Friend who was obviously full white and I am not. She asked if the man would like to heck her backpack and he said “no um just hers because you know um..” The man asking was someone that pumps gas. I don’t even think they can do that!

All the employees at this location are so kind and caring. Store is always clean, and the bathroom always looks immaculate. My favorite convenience store by far.
