Staff generally friendly except toward homeless folks. Two instances I witnessed staff being unkind. Latest was a young girl, alone obviously having a hard times. She wasn't creating drama or anything, she was just sitting on the side of the building with her dog, away from the entrance. Two staff members were more concerned about her simply sitting there than her safety or well-being. Kind of an ugly look.

I'm a big fan of Jackson's Shell. I own a small logistics business with a lot of drivers, and I always encourage them to spend their money at Jackson's, regardless whether they need the always available and super clean restrooms or not.
Too many mini marts/gas stions don't allow the use of restrooms, or they put it out of order sign up, especially on the routes to the coast.
Jackson's has always provided this service and I really appreciate it.
in my case today. This location was exceptionally clean. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly Totally five stars for this bunch!

Very rude. They wait inside to see if you’re going to pump your own gas. They take their time to leave the counter to help you with your gas if you get out of your car and ask them for help. They’ve done this repeatedly. I refuse to go back. Went back in need of gas. And sure thing. I am sitting here waiting for someone to come help me with my gas while I write this review.

There were no attendants around as I waited around for six minutes before driving off. It's a gas station with at least 10 pumps. Why weren't there any attendants around to help? It's not like I could pump my own gas. I would if I could.

Gas attendant told my husband to start the pump if he wasn't there. He proceeded every time he walked by to pump the handle as many times as he could as my husband was inside paying. He was very unprofessional and felt chatting with other employees was more important.
