Really happy with this shop! Great service and knowledgeable staff. I have taken in manual 35mm and Medium Format cameras for service and they have come back perfect. Good selection of film (slide, B&W, Medium format, etc.) and there developing service is super fast. They are my go-to Camera Shop in Eugene. Great selection and good prices for used equipment and I would recomend them to any student taking a Highschool or college photography class as a source for equipment, film, and service.

I wish I had known about this place sooner! I just started coming here to develop my film and because they do it all at their location, they always have it ready for me the next day, and if not then the day after that! They are so great with communication so I'm never left wondering if my photos are ready yet. And most importantly, they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I can't recommend this place enough!

They were extremely personable and processed my film swiftly. We really need to protect places like this during such uncertain times. Please give them your patronage if you are able. They have been around since the 1930s.

For my birthday a few weeks ago, I received a lovely secondhand DSLR Canon from my parents - unfortunately it did not come with a strap or a bag. My out-of-town father suggested I go to a mom-and-pop camera store: "They're everywhere!" I scoffed, "Of course not, those are all out of business, I HAVE to go through Amazon." Then I found Dot Dotson's. Not only did they have a great array of camera straps and bags available, I was able to purchase a strap and bag for a FRACTION of what I would have spent on shipping alone to get them here in any reasonable amount of time. Additionally, the gentleman who helped me not only helped me find a good bag that would fit my camera as well as a strap, he even threaded the strap on my camera for me (a feat I must admit I was not up to). Excellent service, great prices, and all locally owned and operated. I'm sticking with them for everything for this new camera!

I came into Dot Dotson's today after getting frustrated with Walgreens. I had to get a work visa photo taken with very specific measurements (including one for the size of my head in the photo) and was told that I should bring a ruler to double check the photos, as Japan's immigration is quite picky with what they will accept. I stopped in at Dot Dotson's and despite being pretty busy, the guy who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, and totally nailed it- my photos turned out to be exactly what I needed, to the millimeter. I appreciated their expertise and great customer service. Thank you, Dot Dotson's!!!

I go here to get my disposables developed and they are SO fast and have the best most helpful staff. I get my photos the day or two days after I drop them off which is great. Never have had any problems, great company!!

I had some photos printed here and it was a great, quick experience. They have an online ordering system that is easy to navigate and my printing job was done in just a few hours. The customer service is attentive and friendly, and the quality of the photos were great. Also, not too expensive. Support local and get your photos printed here!

A good starting place when you have any questions about cameras, film, or photos. Every staff member i have talked too feels like that one neighbor who knows everything about cameras, the smell of the office feels like you walked back in time to your grampa's hobby shop, and even if they cant help you they wont hesitate to direct you to the next best *local* option!

This place is a gem! I have placed several online orders for prints with them, and they were very fast, incredibly high-quality, and affordable. Their online uploading system is easy to use. I would definitely recommend having photography prints sent here.
